Outstanding salesman We had the pleasure of working with Michael Gallucci, and to say he was outstanding doesn't seem like enough! He was very knowledgeable about the 201 We had the pleasure of working with Michael Gallucci, and to say he was outstanding doesn't seem like enough! He was very knowledgeable about the 2017 Volvo S60 cross country and took the time to explain everything to our daughter who will be driving the car. He also offered to answer any other questions over the phone or told her to stop by. He was also kind enough to let her know she had left some CD's in the car we traded in and held onto them until we could pick them up. Amazing staff! We came in with a vehicle that needed more to fix it than it was worth. Professional, helpful, informative, timely and valuable Jennifer and Jason are tops with me. I'm always greeted and treated warmly and respectively from the time one of them answers the phone when schedulin Jennifer and Jason are tops with me. Jason and Jennifer have always phoned me within a reasonable timeframe with updates, including, condition and cost of any replacement parts, along with the scheduled time of completing the necessary work.
