Truly a Great Experience! I have had many experiences over the years different car dealerships. Ken Pollock Volvo is, by far, the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the moment I walked through the doors I was made to feel comfortable. Not once did I get that 'get me out of here' feeling that I have experienced while buying a car at other dealerships. Laoi and Murad were super nice and more than helpful in trying to find the right car for me. It was a pressure-free experience. Gino and Paul were also extremely friendly and easy to work with! Everyone was thorough, helpful, and really meant it when they said come back with any questions at any time. How do I know this? Because I just went back after 6 weeks with a question and was treated with the same respect as I had been when buying the car. They really do want what's best for their customers. I really appreciate that! I would recommend Ken Pollock Volvo to anyone looking to buy or lease a Volvo. More

We did the initial evaluation and test drive of the vehicle from our own driveway. Bill drove the car from Pittson to clarks summit for us to look at because getting to a dealership with a 3 year old and 10 month old would have been extremely difficult at best. This was all setup for us at their recommendation. They wanted to make the process as easy on us as possible. And they at Ken Pollock Volvo did that and more. Bill and I spent as much time talking volleyball during the test drive as buying a car, which made me feel very at ease. So much so I left the car seat that my daughter was supposed to ride along in in the backseat and forgot about it. It was there waiting for us when we purchased the car a few days later. Our first time at the dealership was when we signed the paperwork. We were in and out quickly and treated fantastically well. Even tho we bought a certified GMC, we are very much looking forward to purchasing a Volvo from them in the next few years. We are lifers. More

Best car buying experience ever We currently own 4 cars so we've been around a few car lots and salespeople, however we are new to the Volvo brand. Having visited several Volvo deale We currently own 4 cars so we've been around a few car lots and salespeople, however we are new to the Volvo brand. Having visited several Volvo dealerships, this was by far the best. The friendly staff acknowledged us immediately upon entering the door, but were not overbearing. They showed us exactly what we were looking for, negotiated a price we were comfortable with, and removed all the stress from buying a vehicle. They believe in their product, and happily shared all knowledge. Even those not directly involved in our sale answered our questions, and spent time talking with us. We live more than an hour away, but would definitely make the trip over again for the great customer service. The car itself has exceeded our expectations, though we've only owned it a few days. My husband has already picked out his "retirement" Volvo. We'll definitely be back. Dave, Gino, Paul, Murad, Kevin, and all the friendly, accommodating staff at Ken Pollock Volvo, thank you! More

Having been to several dealerships prior, we were expecting to have to really negotiate and hassle for a good deal, but that was not the case. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left everyone was very accommodating and honest, and we never got the impression that we were being taken advantage of in any way; they gave us a reasonable trade-in value for the car we were trading-- at a value that other dealerships claimed was "impossible"-- and even working out the details of financing was not totally unpleasant. More
