Most relaxing vehicle purchase ever I took my 2004 Volvo XC70 with 216,000 miles to the service station. It was having difficulty starting and smelling of fuel. They gave me a loaner f I took my 2004 Volvo XC70 with 216,000 miles to the service station. It was having difficulty starting and smelling of fuel. They gave me a loaner for the day which was very helpful. When I called to find out the status, they told me there was a fuel leak. I asked about returning the loaner and they said to enjoy it for the weekend as they were not comfortable with me driving my car. Drew also asked if I wanted to have a sales rep contact me as I was asking what the trade-in value of my car would be. I immediately received a phone call from Bill. After a few minutes of explaining to him what I was interested in he sent me an email with a couple of options for purchase. My husband and I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Bill was very pleasant to work with. We did not feel as if we were dealing with a "car salesman." We purchased the car that day. Everyone was so nice and we felt very comfortable with our decision. He tipped the scale, quite frankly. excellent follow through and attention to detail. Murad was also very helpful in making a difference that helped close a potentially challenging deal. Additionally, while I am terrible with names, the business agent who handle the I's and T's also did a great job explaining the intricacies and getting us through the painful process of paying for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
