They really do truly care about you! I could not be happier with our experience at Ken Pollock Volvo. I was in the market for a new vehicle - my husband and I had done our research on whi I could not be happier with our experience at Ken Pollock Volvo. I was in the market for a new vehicle - my husband and I had done our research on which ones would be safest, most reliable, etc., and we came across a 2016 GMC Terrain that happened to be at this dealership. They were able to get us in for a test drive the next day, and we made the trip over three different counties to go see it. I absolutely fell in love with it the moment I hit the gas pedal. Joe was a personable, down-to-earth guy who was determined to find what was best for me, not the amount of money we wanted to spend. The employees here are most concerned with what vehicle makes you happiest and feel the most comfortable in. The numbers will fall into place. They will take all the time you need to make sure you're getting the best deal and the best customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle with friendly employees to help you find it, it's absolutely worth it. Zero hassle CPO buying experience I found the car on Volvo's CPO website, emailed Derek, and within 48 hrs was on my way to view the car in person. Making Car Buying Easy I actually saw the car I wanted on FB Marketplace. Sent a message, Jill responded with a little more information about the car. One never knows what they will encounter entering a dealership to look at cars. I was greeted by Dave. He showed me all the features of the car (Volvo XC60) and not being familiar with the traffic pattern around the dealership, Dave took me to an area where I could drive the car without being distracted by traffic. I was given a more than fair trade offer, better than what I expected for my 2014 Nissan Altima and it had some damage on it. I liked that when I said, "give me the out the door price" - Dave lined it all up. No ridiculous car sales double speak. I then met A.J. Musto. He prepped all the paperwork, answered more questions I had and I was buying the car. Dave and A.J. work well together. Car buying is not easy and it's usually not a pleasurable experience. Dave and A.J. made it easy and believe it or not, fun. Dave introduced me to many of the people at Ken Pollock, - all were very cordial. There were many great cars on the lot. I know that when I'm in the market for a vehicle again, I'll be looking there first. I'll be giving Dave a call. Do yourself a favor, go there, let them make car buying easy and fun for you. More
