The entire experience at Ken Pollok Volvo has been nothing short of exceptional. We pulled into the parking lot and were able to browse without being pounced upon (BIG plus in my book). After a few minutes of looking at a particular vehicle, we were about to head in to inquire about it when Eric Peters came out and asked if he could help or answer any questions. We never felt pressured by a pushy sales person. Eric was courteous and professional the entire time and was able to answer all of our (many) questions. He was extremely familiar with the vehicle and all of its features. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous, and professional, including Derek who handled the paperwork process. Also a special thank you to Marc who set me up with an appointment for my first service and to Cory for assisting with some of the features the day I picked up the car. I arrived at Ken Pollock Volvo a little reluctant due to a previous experience at a different dealership (and the current vehicle ‘market’), but left a completely satisfied customer. I would recommend Ken Pollock Volvo to anyone looking for a vehicle. There were no “market adjustments” added to my cost. I received a fair price on the 2023 XC40 that I bought as well as a fair price on my trade. Thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. More

Went to look at a 2013 XC90 volvo with 90,000 miles. The original price was $18,800 then they said we could finance and chose our monthly payment, however the next day when we were going to pick it up they tried charging us $20.5k and upped the price. All because two people were interested in this “hot car”. Shawn even called it a dinosaur and it’s been listed for 3+ months. They’re too greedy & aren’t trustworthy. They’ll have fun when it eventually ends up going to the auction lot. 😅 More

Corey was polite, charismatic, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He was training two sales peoples, and they were also respectful. This business is well organized, easy to work with and clean. They communicate well and do not give you the runaround. Their cars, used included, are clean! They do not look as if they use them as personal vehicles. They detailed my car after I purchased it. I never felt stressed during this experience. They made me feel good about buying a car from them! In addition to the sales experience, they give great service after the sale. I will be a returning customer.
