Deal was fair but some issus with the paperwork The deal was fair though originally, they sold the Jeep I was looking while I was still in the showroom looking. They went our an found another Jeep which took a second trip to the dealer to complete the transaction. While processing the paper work I tried three times to give them my check. Eventually, Paul released me without taking the check. I had to mail it to them. It took a couple of tries to get the second key. Two months after the transaction, I received a new registration in the mail. They had previously completed my registration, so this was a surprise. They had crossed up my paperwork with another purchases and registered their new BMW convertible under my name. I was not offered the BMW when I called and the response was "I'll check into that" No sorry no nothing. Still waiting for this to be resolved More

The paperwork process went smoothly and rather quickly. They gave us good deals on our trade-ins.Before we knew it we were heading back home with our new Volvo.
