Jesse was recommended by friends and we really enjoyed meeting with him! He explained the whole lease process thoroughly (better than the dealership we originally leased from) and we decided leasing again was not for us. We met with Jesse a second time to see what Ken Pollock had to offer as far as financing. We did end up finding a Rogue elsewhere to purchase but we will definitely keep Jesse in mind for future purchases and we would certainly recommend him to friends and family! He is very personable and straight-forward, and takes the time to sit with you and explain everything very well. We did not feel rushed at all, or like we were a bother with all of our questions. The car was exactly as described, in excellent condition. Jeff, allowed us to test drive the vehicle without any pressure. Monica completed all of our paperwork with us expeditiously. Jeff then took his time and patiently explained all of the gadgets in our new Pathfinder Platinum edition.
