I had been looking for a car in all the wrong places before I went to Ken Pollock Nissan. It was love at first site and it's been a happy union since. Great Experience with Jesse Kivler! My review is specifically for Jesse Kivler in Sales. We are getting ready to turn in our leased Rogue for a financed Rogue (we love this model!). Je My review is specifically for Jesse Kivler in Sales. We are getting ready to turn in our leased Rogue for a financed Rogue (we love this model!). Jesse was recommended by friends and we really enjoyed meeting with him! He explained the whole lease process thoroughly (better than the dealership we originally leased from) and we decided leasing again was not for us. We met with Jesse a second time to see what Ken Pollock had to offer as far as financing. We did end up finding a Rogue elsewhere to purchase but we will definitely keep Jesse in mind for future purchases and we would certainly recommend him to friends and family! He is very personable and straight-forward, and takes the time to sit with you and explain everything very well. We did not feel rushed at all, or like we were a bother with all of our questions. A true pleasure to deal with. More

Never ever Nissan Pollock!!! Bought Nissan Versa with extra warranties and GAP insurance in 2016. Salesmen promissed everything is through Nissan Corporation...February 2018 got i Bought Nissan Versa with extra warranties and GAP insurance in 2016. Salesmen promissed everything is through Nissan Corporation...February 2018 got in accident, car got totaled. Well then we found out that everything is through another companies and we have to deal with all separetly...ok... so we contacted the Financing Department for the loan, the GAP insurance for the GAP coverage and Nissan Pollock for the reminding warranties refund. We got the payoff from the insurance and the GAP already in April, now today is exatly 3 months since the accident happend and Pollock still doesn't feel like send the refund check to Nissan Financing. First they said, they sent it on April 3rd, then when I complaint at the corporation, they told them they will send it same day (May 10th), today is the 21st....still nothing...I filed complain at the BBB maybe that will help....one thing is sure, never ever Nissan Vehicle, never ever by Nissan Pollock and I will keep everyone I know away!!!! More

We drove 376 miles round trip, from Long Island, to pick up our new car. The entire deal was brokered over the telephone. We truly did not know what to expect when we arrived. The car was exactly as described, in excellent condition. Jeff, allowed us to test drive the vehicle without any pressure. Monica completed all of our paperwork with us expeditiously. Jeff then took his time and patiently explained all of the gadgets in our new Pathfinder Platinum edition. This was the greatest car buying experience, even though it was a 10 hour round trip with NYC traffic. We will absolutely take the trip again. Thank you Jeff, and Monica!
