Excellent Service Experience As always, Jason delivered an excellent service experience. My appointment was for 10am on a Saturday morning. I dropped off the night before. Jason called me well before 10am to tell me that he had already completed the inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. My car was ready by 1030am. When I picked up my car it was freshly washed and ready to go. My favorite part of Ken Pollack Mitsubishi is that they wash the car every time it is in for service. That is not a.courtesy most dealerships offer. More
