It was alright Went there for a specific car. We were early so we didn’t get to speak with the salesman I made the appointment with, no problem! The other salesman w Went there for a specific car. We were early so we didn’t get to speak with the salesman I made the appointment with, no problem! The other salesman was not really sure of the policies and prices of the vehicles. There were many details left out until the very end of the sale. For example, we wanted to pay for the car in full. We mentioned paying with a personal check 3 times and it was not brought up until time to pay that they need it to be certified. Could’ve said that in the beginning, no big deal. The price was then skewed. He said the state fee and whatever other charges were $5 and $10. I fully understand there are fees and charges but don’t say they’re one thing and the total comes out to almost $1,000 on top of the car. That’s not $5 and $10.. it’s okay though! The overall problem was them not being direct and up front about the information and the charges. It was easier to buy a brand new vehicle from a different dealer than to buy one in full from this dealer. More

I went there and did not see what I wanted on their lot but was told to go on the kenpollockautogroup website so that I could view vehicles at their other dealerships. I found one that I liked on one of their other lots and requested to have it brought to their lot for my husband and me to see. We were under no obligation to buy it. However, it was the perfect vehicle for us! We negotiated a reasonable price with Dave Chesko. He is a knowledgeable salesperson but not pushy. He was very patient when showing us all the features and hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership to others seeking quality vehicles at attractive prices. More
