Excellent service!!! My husband and I came in just for a new key for our old 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Needless to say that was week was rough with the car stalling bout 6 My husband and I came in just for a new key for our old 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Needless to say that was week was rough with the car stalling bout 6 times just to make it up the road. We were introduced to Dave whom was an a excellent salesman! He gave us all the hope that we could ask for! He reassured us that he can help us get into a new vechicle 100% guaranteed! Of course I had doubts because I have heard this line for 5 years at every other dealer my husband and I have gone to. Long story short, Dave along with drew, came together, worked great as a team and continued to reassure us with phone calls, texts, etc that they were working as hard as they could to get us approved. Less then a week later, today 11/24/17 we get approved for a 2014 Chrysler 200 and whoa is this car everything! My jaw dropped and I am still in shocked that they came thru and were able to make our dreams come true!!! we are extremely thankful, beyond grateful to Dave and drew, nonetheless to ken pollock Mitsubishi.... from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much!!!!!😀 More
