These guys went out of their way to fix the problem with our new car plus tow it plus fix it wit I couldn’t believe the service we received recently. These guys went out of their way to fix the problem with our new car plus tow it plus fix it within a matter of a few hours. They also washed and vacuumed the car which they did not need to do. Ryan Daniels was the salesman who greeted me, and he couldn't have been friendlier. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, despite it being a Ram truck and not a Mitsubishi product, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in what is often a stressful experience when car shopping. I appreciated his no-pressure, straightforward demeanor. That type of welcoming and at-ease attitude is just as important to me as the specifics of the vehicle when I'm shopping for a car, and Ryan nailed it. Truth be told, I was sold the moment I heard the engine growl when Ryan hit the remote start, but don't tell him that. ;-) After our test drive, Ryan and Dave were phenomenal. We settled on a great price, and even though I was already pre-qualified by a bank, Dave shopped around and was able to find me an even better interest rate. Even when I declined both the GAP insurance and extended warranty (preferring to shop around for them myself), their demeanor never changed and I never felt any pressure from them to purchase those products. My experience at Ken Pollock Mitsubishi has ensured that I'll be returning in the future. More
