I then decided to google Mitsubishi near me and Ken Pollock came up in Carbondale PA. I was pleased what I saw on their website and we decided to check out the option for a new vehicle. After speaking to several people on the phone we went to the dealership. Ryan showed a sincere interest in us as customers without the over whelming pressure of a sale or the fact they were about to close. Drew the finance person Effectively communicated the breakdown of the warranty and finance part of our purchase. Also spoke to Scoot the manager on few things. My husband and I were shopping for months and he’s not the easiest to deal with or make a decision. After stopping in and meeting with Ryan his no xxxxxxxxx with my husband sold my husband we didn’t buy a car that day but after leaving my husband said he was the best salesman we felt with yet, we went to two other Mitsubishi dealers and my husband actually said I want to buy from the guy at Ken Pollock Mitsubishi. We went in the next day and bought ours from them because of Ryan and the way he treated us. The whole place treats you as if you were buying a $100,000 car.
