Professional and courteous! I saw a used car online that was exactly what I was looking for and requested some info. I was promptly contacted by Renee in the Internet department. I saw a used car online that was exactly what I was looking for and requested some info. I was promptly contacted by Renee in the Internet department. I couldn't believe how fast she got back to me to answer all my questions on the phone and email! I was in a bad situation and in need of a vehicle, and she took the time to listen to my needs and treated me like a human, not just another sale, like so many in car businesses do. We worked together on a price and I planned to make the trip to come see the car a few days later. I had more questions about payments and spoke to a sales guy there before coming in who gave me some numbers. The payments were higher than I calculated so unfortunately I didn't make the trip and bought a car closer to home. A couple days later I was surprised when contacted by Renee to see if I was still coming in. I let her know things didn't work out. She was still very professional and wished me luck with my situation. I thanked her for her courteousy and follow up call and told her I'd keep her in mind in the future.
