An extremely happy customer I have been a customer of Ken Pollock in Pittston,where I purchased my vehicle 7 years ago.They are great there.However, I just recently found out th I have been a customer of Ken Pollock in Pittston,where I purchased my vehicle 7 years ago.They are great there.However, I just recently found out they have a location in Carbondale. Which is a heck of a lot closer to where I live. I called their service center, spoke with Ben, he said bring your vehicle when you can, we'll take a look at it. Took it today (2-28-19)….I just can't express how impressed I was with this location & the employees in the service center. Dave was awesome. Was very thorough with me & what my vehicle needed. Helped me out immensely. Even washed my vehicle while in their possession. Dave also put me in a vehicle, while MY vehicle was being serviced. And offered me a coupon, which was a big help.
