Great Service I made two previous appointments for my first oil change. Had to cancel both due to inclement weather. The joke was on me. My appointment was today 3/13/19. I was told to have a seat. There for a short period of time. Car had an oil change, tire rotation and a much needed bath. This is the first new car I have personally purchased ( husband bought two). I continue to be amazed by the depth of the wonderful service you receive from the salesman, financial manger, service department basically anyone employed at Ken Pollock Mitsubishi. ALL employees are polite, courteous, knowledgeable of their individual job and most importantly all have a personality. No robots here folks! I couldn’t be more satisfied with this dealership unless of course my car free, lol. More
