WOW!! I just bought the 19th new car of my life and the experience at Ken Houtz Chevrolet was unquestionably the BEST buying experience ever! The fact I neg I just bought the 19th new car of my life and the experience at Ken Houtz Chevrolet was unquestionably the BEST buying experience ever! The fact I negotiated my sale over the phone and drove all the way from Raleigh, NC to deal with Ella Ames and her team should speak for itself. Honest, customer focused, FAIR are both a few of the positive attributes I can bestow. Simply said, I got my dream vehicle (a 2016 Tahoe LTZ) for a price unmatched anywhere else I shopped. In addition, they gave me top dollar for my trade in (a 2009 Tahoe LTZ with 224,000 miles!!). This dealership will work to earn your business, will be straight with you and will treat you with the respect you deserve. I won't shop for another vehicle anywhere else, ever again. Simply the best car buying experience ever! Great people!! More

Service review After having a breakdown while out of town and reading the online reviews I thought that having my truck towed to Ken Houtz for repair was the right t After having a breakdown while out of town and reading the online reviews I thought that having my truck towed to Ken Houtz for repair was the right thing to do. After waiting for 3 days for them to get to my vehicle I was called and told that the fuel pump needed replacing at a cost of 3600+/-. The service manager was very vague on the reason for the cost other than it's a lot of work to replace them. I felt as this was too vauge of an explanation for a repair this costly. I had the vehicle towed to another shop and two hours later with a filter assembly rebuild the vehicle is running great for approx 300.00. The mechcanic that worked on it said when he got it that they had left the hoses of the filter assembly with missing clamps, you would think that after paying the dealership 150 for a diagnosing fee that they would have at least put it back the way they found it. I am unsure if this was a deliberate attempt on the dealership's part to defraud me or if the the mechcanic was incompetent?? More
