The sales staff and Mr. Houtz were extremely friendly and helpful. The price of that car and the value given for my trade in were more than fair and a no hassle process. Within a week of having the car I found a mechanical problem. The dealer did fix the problem at no cost to me, but I don't think a car with less than 2000 miles on it should be having mechanical problems. The finance department took over a month to pay off my trade-in which resulted in having to make an extra car payment with late fees assessed. That money will supposedly be reimbursed to me, but I have yet to see it. Regardless of whether it is or isn't it is not a good way to do business. If you have your own financing in place or have another way to avoid the finance office at this dealer, I would still recommend the rest of the departments at Ken Houtz Chevrolet. More
