I stopped by to look at a used truck and they were easy to deal with. They gave me the f-150 to use for 30 min and then we settled on a price. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything. She took me out for a test drive and never tried to sell me the car. I was torn between the new car and possibly one of the used cars. She never tried to push me to buy either of the cars. She was very friendly and helpful. Tom was also right there to help me. When I decided to buy the car I traded in my truck. I could not get the XM Radio out of my truck. Tom came out and helped me, even when half of his body was out of the truck, in the rain! Everyone there was so friendly and nice.
