Not very happy with this car. When I was buying this minivan, sales person Mark Burda made me all very comfy, and said that everything in the car is checked and works fine, full tank of gas and all this great stories about how amazing this car is. It turns out that this car have some serious problems with the engine. its does 9 MPG! in town, no matter how i drive. I feel like I'm driving a hummer, but its not. And leaking oil! I've already wasted lot of money on extra gas because of that. It also have a roof that leaks water, after heavy rain its starts rain inside of the car (see pics). And it affects electronics inside of car, especially back AC. it start to glitch often. Water accumulates between roof and a ceiling and it takes weeks to dry..Last time I've had a big spot on the back of the ceiling for weeks. This car also has almost dead battery, so after weeks of glitches in electronics, wasting time and money with mechanics, insurance, towing, finally ended up buying a new battery very soon after purchase, using your insurance you're provided, which by the way did not paid a dime for it, and I've end up paying almost $400 bucks for just a battery change. Insanity! (i have a receipt). That's was a serious nonsense too.. In every decent dealership, they at least check battery and make sure its like new..it is a essential part of used car resell. I am not an expert, but even I know that. It had very old brakes too when I've got it! It seems to me that you didn't even check this car before selling it. Because first thing I've noticed when we're left, its a absolutely empty gas tank in the middle of heavy night traffic. Thanks heaven I've made to gas station somehow. But I've been assured that whole car will be checked, gas filled and ready to go.. common guys seriously? I'm a simple man and just wanted to buy a good almost new car for 27000 i am paying for it and be happy and do not to be a subject for some kind of cheating. And look what you've did got me into. I've drove all the way to you twice and sent numerous emails, trying to resolve this issue, and you didn't care at all. Zero effort, just excuses. This one of the situations when you trust some "expert" to give what you want, and they xxxx you over for the personal gain. Just typical car con dealers. I suggest to everybody, don't ever buy car from this place. Save your time! This is btw, my first review I've ever wrote, but I've waited to many years for any solution from these guys. Max More

I was totally ignored I went to this dealership wanting to get information on lease options. It was early afternoon on Thursday and there weren't many customers. Unlike wha I went to this dealership wanting to get information on lease options. It was early afternoon on Thursday and there weren't many customers. Unlike what I usually experience when I walk into a car dealership (sales person or someone comes up to me immediately), no one greeted me or asked me a question. The receptionist saw me but didn't say a word to me. I intentionally didn't go to her - I wanted to see how long it would take for her to help me. I walked around the showroom for several minutes to see if there was anyone who could help me, but no one came to me or even appeared to notice my presence (or they just ignored me or didn't care why I was there). I got frustrated and lost interest in talking to them or doing any business with them. So I just left the room. I then spent some time walking around outside and browsing their new cars. Again, nothing happened, no one came to me. It was just bizarre. Are they short-staffed? Clearly, not a well-managed dealership. I'm not going back there again or recommend this place to anyone. More

The sales person was not exactly super friendly, but we knew more about the car and the deal we were getting so that didn't bother us. We paid cash for the car, and this place could NOT get the paper work right. How you sell cars you don't have the paper work to is beyond me. And on top of that, they screwed up the paper work. When we spoke to the sales director he was VERY disinterested and did not care about the situation they put us in by not having or completing the documentation correctly. It should have been an easy deal and a quick trip to the DMV, but turned into a disaster. If you value an easy car buying experience, look else where. We got a pretty good deal on the car, but the amount of money we spent trying to finalize the deal out weighted the savings. I would have rather paid more for the car to have it all registered and plated with 1/10 the effort. I will say there was one person, our sales manager, who worked hard to get things corrected for us. But if you do find yourself in this pickle, good look getting a hold of anyone that can help you at this dealership over the phone. You can call and call and call but all you get is the receptionist sending you to their voicemails and never getting a call back. Like I said, if you are dead set on a Honda, find another dealer, it will save you tons of time and money in the long run. More

Honda Maintenance Service - Not recommended did a honda preferred maintenance service, referred by the service agent. As mine was brand new car, I went as agent referred maintenance plan and did a honda preferred maintenance service, referred by the service agent. As mine was brand new car, I went as agent referred maintenance plan and paid couple of hundred dollars and no service agent available to talk when i went to pick my car, end up taking to someone else after 5 minutes but not enough information on Tire rotation. I visited this location 1 month back for tire inspection indicator (end up having a flat tire service with tire rotation)and yesterday went for maintenance (which also includes tire rotation as one of the options) and I was checking with available agent (through the service agent i worked was not there) to confirm on tire rotation, but not complete/concrete information. I am not sure and no clear description on whether they reviewed my existing service/flat tire and rotated the tires on yesterday visit or no tire rotation was done. Apart from above, 1. As a complimentary car wash NOT done. After I complained thru survey the manager called and informing me the car wash not working. (Why didn't they inform the same on same day when i pick up the car?) This is just an excuse and trying to cover up. 2. shuttle to pick up me from work was not on time. more than 1 hr delayed, making me to arrange another way to get to dealer shop and pick up my kids. Waste of time and money. Not recommended. More
