a 2019 f150 was purchased on November 2022. I tried to turn the radio on my drive home and it did not work. then, later I got the front camera sensor apear on dash board. A month of owning the car and the passenger door doesn't open from the inside. today, the alarm went off and doesn't stop until I disconnect the battery. My old 1998 Mazda b400 didn't give me this much trouble. Customer service keeps telling me to bring in the truck but the truck has basically been at the dealer more day than with me. $47000 dlls and I think I got a lemon. I need to talk to the GM to see if he is willing to help me better. i took the truck to ford in el cajon and I was told to ask the dealer to just give me a different truck because of how many issues. Ive owned the truck for 2 months and only driven it for like a week. More

Adding over $8,000 in dealer mark up when no one else in the area does. Go to other fords in the area. I'm very concerned about what's going on at this dealership. I messaged them regarding the price on a car mentioning that my research led me to believe that the car was overpriced. I received an anonymous text asking how I was doing my research since their prices are very competitive. When I provided examples I was told those cars would never be accepted as Ford vehicles. How could they know?Not only was this text rude and unidentified, it was a grammatical mess filled with misspellings and poor punctuation. As I said, amazing. They've got a loose cannon working there. Someone who doesn't know the first thing about business etiquette, this correspondence was just short of threatening.
