Tim at Ken Grody Service Department denied to provide a repair service when I walked in to repair two parts under bumper to bumper warranty and two recalls of F150 Lightning today. I usually make appointment before visiting the dealer, but today urgently walked in since the warranty is end soon. Tim said I should go to other dealerships since he had short hand, I did buy the Lightning at other dealership and did not make appointment. I was anxious about his rude attitude and brought the Lightning in the Puente Hills Ford dealership right a way. They kindly checked in the Lightning without appointment and provided the repair service with free ride to home even though they were very busy. How different service they provide! I am very disappointed with Ken Grody that don't take care of customers. I do not recommend Ken Grody. More

Awe. . Happy Thursday! I , Denise McGuire ,just purchased back on September 2025 absolutely Perfect Ford Explorer, 2022 I call it my God car… Because I . Happy Thursday! I , Denise McGuire ,just purchased back on September 2025 absolutely Perfect Ford Explorer, 2022 I call it my God car… Because I only came to look at one car total! I drove my 2004 Ford excursion that I was the original owner, for 378,000 miles… After driving my car that long, I really did not know what I wanted… So I asked God… What do I want…? And he put in front of me, from car guru the Ford Explorer Hybrid in Buena Park @ Ken Grody Ford ! Thank you Jesus !!!! Just one month in a red light went on that said service battery soon.. I called Ken Grody service and spoke with this absolutely kind, helpful, efficient, young man, Tim Prete! I had made an appointment for that day, brought the car in, and waited four hours for them to complete fixing what they found. The smaller battery was faulty! I am ever so grateful! That day, I also met an absolutely kind, helpful, and efficient young woman named Diana Valenzuela! Thank you, Ken Grody Ford ! Thank youJesus! On the road I went… Till one week later, another red light went on… That said,” Service electrical soon” Yikes!! Again, I called. I made an appointment with Tim Prete to bring the car in… I had to leave it he said and do the best he could to find out the issue!! What a journey… I had to rent a car, things happened that the car had to stay there for nine days During that time, renting the car was getting to be quite a burden for me, considering I just retired my excursion and was very dependent on my new car…, I had my friend Robin-after five days ,follow me to Ken Grody Ford service and Met for a moment with Diana Valenzuela.., that I was going to turn in the rental… just keep me posted on the progress of my brand new to me Ford Explorer Diana was so extremely helpful, to let me go ahead and keep my Rent-A-Car and you Ken Grody took care of my Rent-A-Car! THANK YOU BEYOND Especially since many things were happening behind the scenes that were delaying the progress of the diagnosis to fix my car !! Thank you, Diana! Thank you, Tim! After five more days… I got the call from Tim… THIS IS THE DAY … You can come pick up your car! Hallelujah thank you Tim. Thank you Diana. Thank you Jesus! I did and they shared with me that it was two fuses that had melted. It was very hard to detect and find I am so very grateful for all of the expertise that was done to Fix My Car! I will refer Ken Grody Ford to everyone… I do know a lot of people lol and they ALL love My Car… AFTER 21 YEARS OF DRIVING MY FORD EXCURSION AND ON THE ROAD THAT WHOLE TIME… WE RAISED OUR FAMILY IN IT! I had changed the oil every 3000 miles , our car was so dependable and I will always be a Ford owner! Again, I am sincerely grateful for Tim Prete and Diana Valenzuela! They truly blessed my life! Thank you! God bless you all and our families🙏 More
