The buying process was good. I have no complaints about that. I have several complaints about the Ken Grody Customs shop. The day after I purchased my Bronco I found a chip in the paint. I brought it that. I have several complaints about the Ken Grody Customs shop. The day after I purchased my Bronco I found a chip in the paint. I brought it in and they told me they would take care of it for me. I also asked about tinting my windows and they said they would do that as well. I got the call to pickup my Bronco four days later and on inspecting my vehicle I saw that they paint they used to fix the chip was the wrong color. My Bronco is shadow black and they used a paint with blue metallic flakes in it. Also, they put a huge scratch in my passenger side window when installing the tint...and the tint had yellow fibers trapped in it. They apologized and said they would make everything right. They had to order a new window and repaint the door. This took an entire week....after waiting a week for the window to come in. I think it is pretty lame that a customs shop doesn't do any of their own work and just outsources everything. I will not be recommending Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park to anyone. More

As everyone is well aware of, there is currently an inventory shortage among most vehicle manufacturers. I ordered a new Ford Maverick back in July 2021 and received it in January 2022. Jessica Rodriguez took care of my initial paperwork and was wonderful. I received an order confirmation order the very same day directly from Ford. At this point all I could do is wait and track my order via Ford's vehicle order tracking site. Once I saw that my truck was shipped I started tracking the delivery more closely. After my truck arrived at the dealership I contacted Jessica and made arrangements to do the final paperwork. Here is where I was pleasantly surprised; Ken Grody Ford honored the price as listed in my original order. I was assured this would be the case before I even sat down by both Jessica and Mohamed Benkhay whom Jessica turned me over to in order to complete the paperwork. Mohamed was a fantastic salesman. I really enjoyed working with him. Financing was handled by Eddie Flores and I was able to be offered Ford Capital's best rate at the time. The only con was that Eddie had offered me an extended warranty that was not very competitive. Fortunately I am able to resolve this issue directly with Ford so in the end it isn't a big deal. Finally, there was a dent on the hood at delivery and a missing accessory kit, both of which were resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Ken Grody Ford. More

I purchased a 2020 Volvo XC60 from them at the end of November. My salesperson was Josh Banda. After one week, I discovered that one seatbelt did not work. I went to the Volvo dealership to fix the problem and I found out that the brakes were so badly low (almost metal to metal) that they immediately had to change them. They sold me a vehicle with multiple safety issues. Today was the first time I tried to refill my windshield wiper fluid. I discovered that the tank is cracked, leaking out all of the fluid. I would not recommend this dealership. More
