My entire experience was great EXCEPT when it came time to deal with the finance guy. I had no problems because I was using my own financing however he pushed and pushed and pushed and would not give up I’ to deal with the finance guy. I had no problems because I was using my own financing however he pushed and pushed and pushed and would not give up I’m trying to sell me two warranties that I did not want to purchase from him because he was too expensive. He said it would be not a problem but if you did not want these warrantees just ask your finance company to strike them from the contract. That was not the case, there needs to be a new contract drawn up. That was part of this whole transaction that put a sour taste in my mouth.Also I went elsewhere to purchase a Ford ESP plan and was able to get more coverage for HALF the price he wanted to sell me. I’m not going to let that incident ruin my experience. Just don’t fall for the pressure, google search what you’re looking for (warranty and maintenance) and you can find it online through another dealership at a better price. More

I had placed an order for a Ford Bronco BigBend and had worked and emailed Jessica Rodriguez back and forth. Jessica was excellent and extremely responsive to emails and questions I had. The day of the pick up I had the pleasure of meeting not only Jessica but also Jonathan Flores, the sales rep, and Luis Azurduy from finance. Jonathan was super friendly and helpful and Luis was knowledgable and really tried to assist me in getting the car financed. Overall, the experience was great and easy and this dealership will definitely be a future option for future cars my family plans to get when the time comes. Thank you guys! More

My recent experience here at Ken Grody Ford and KG Customs has been frustrating and terrible. I had originally left my 2019 Ford Ranger to get the clear coat redone since it was peeling. A simple 3-4 Customs has been frustrating and terrible. I had originally left my 2019 Ford Ranger to get the clear coat redone since it was peeling. A simple 3-4 day job turned into a almost 2 weeks. I gave them the benefit of doubt because I wanted them to do it right. When i received my vehicle after they told me that they were done detailing it, I inspected it in the sun because I take care of my car since I know a little bit about detailing and its a black car so you could see everything that is done to it. The same day after having my truck in the sun. I noticed these terrible hazing and swirl marks all over the area and some around the rest of the truck where they "polished". I have gave them yet another chance for them to fix it, but they didn't and when I got it back from the second detail it was worst; I noticed the haze and swirl marks were still there and now new water spots that I can't get out. Overall my experience here, and specifically with KG Custom was as bad as their is. I have wasted my time bringing it back expecting for better results but i don't. More
