Excellent customer service from arrival to driving off with the car I wanted. Kudos to Jeremy my sales rep, and Damian for purchasing paperwork. However, this Ken Grody location demonstrated its ABOVE AV with the car I wanted. Kudos to Jeremy my sales rep, and Damian for purchasing paperwork. However, this Ken Grody location demonstrated its ABOVE AVERAGE customer service when my car didn't start on a Monday morning. Yes it took a few calls as I had purchased the additional warranty and maintenance options. But when Diana contacted me, her genuine concern for the unforeseen situation I was in, keeping her word in getting back to me to get the situation rectified and following up throughout the day to ensure the car was being taken of at the Redlands location and I was ok is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service and support. THANK YOU DIANA!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I've never been a dealer client before. It's how Ken Grody responded to a negative situation that earner them my highest accolades. More

They say 1 price on the Internet & than up the price after you test drive the car. I went in to purchase a Truck for $28k & the price went up 3 times, horrible experience I'll never purchase from this d after you test drive the car. I went in to purchase a Truck for $28k & the price went up 3 times, horrible experience I'll never purchase from this dealership again. Than they state the truck needed repairs & they up the price and added it to the truck. They made my experience horrible & stressful I'll never purchase a vehicle from the dealership again. More
