Impressed!! Buying from Henry Day Ford was my first experience buying from a dealer. Rob and Dave went far beyond my expectations. After Rob introduced me to my Hyundai, all my concerns about the condition (alignment, smell of interior) were resolved before the sale. On Rob's day off, Dave went with my to get a pre-buy inspection. Rob helped me return my rental car and brought me back to the dealership in his own car. After the sale Rob contacted me to see how I was liking my new (to me) car. When the engine light went on (2 days after sale), Rob told me to come in and see the mechanic. Turns out the code was for a part they had already replaced (thermostat) but I was told if the engine light came on again for the same reason they would replace the thermostat for me. I felt like I was dealt with honestly, with exceptional customer service, by salesman who CARED about my experience. More

Last night, I was driving my 2016 Explorer and I lost power and the ab Sam in the Henry Day Ford Service Department provided top notch service today! Last night, I was driving my 2016 Explorer and I lost power and the ability to accelerate. This was very concerning for obvious reasons, but my brother and his family of 5 are coming in town from TX today and I was planning to pick them up in that car and to let them drive it while they are here. I explained my predicament to Sam. He let me know that I could come in as soon as possible, and he would help out. I arrived at the dealership at 8:00am, and by 1:00pm they had identified that I needed a new AC compressor and replaced it! Not only is my car running great, but I'm able to keep my plans. I appreciate that he cared and helped to meet my needs. I'll definitely ask for Sam next time I need service from Henry Day Ford! More
Great salesman! I bought a new truck over the weekend from Rob and WOW! What great customer service. He very layed back never pushy all through out the sale. Helped Tremendously I dropped my 2009 Ford Escape by to get a window fixed. I was in an extreme hurry. Larry at the counter helped tremendously. He immediately greeted me I dropped my 2009 Ford Escape by to get a window fixed. I was in an extreme hurry. Larry at the counter helped tremendously. He immediately greeted me, and got going on checking my car in. He called me rather quickly that same day to tell me what was wrong with the window. He seemed very friendly and nice. Nicest shuttle driver I have dropped my car off a few times for warranty work. I always take the shuttle home with bob. He is incredibly nice and makes conversation easy. Started off being when i called about my battery light being on was told there would be No cost to diagnose t Company full of deceit and misdirection! Started off being when i called about my battery light being on was told there would be No cost to diagnose the battery light, when i came in for the appointment i was told there would be a $95 diagnostics fee and that it was no other way around it. I fought them for 2 day before they did it for free. After i had worked out the repairs with my insurance and they called and agreed on a price with Larry Foote, i thought great bad first experience with their xxx manager Sam but maybe it would work out turns out i was wrong! Larry proceeds to tell me the agreed amount was not agreed apon and would not take payment from insurance that i had to pay at the time of the service Red flag there. I tried calling Brad their manager of service he never answer nor returned the calls. Do not waste your time nor money at this place they will screw you at every turn and try to make you feel like you deserve it. to respond to reply Yeah that is not everything that was told to the insurance rep that called to try and get things worked out. Yes there was a mistake with payment being sent to the wrong place prior to going to Ford for the service, but when she called to get it arranged she was told "we will not take payment at a later date" and have the claimant pay ahead of time then pay them instead. She was also told the amount that Henry day Ford had worked out with the adjuster didn't exist and the new amount would be over $100 more. I honestly have no reason to call Brad as i tried multiple times already No answer No return call. At this point my trust and belief that anything productive will come from this company is in the low 1% More
