Either you know you are scamming hybrid owners or you are not caring. I contacted some friends after my experience from your dealership and they have hybrids as well and go to you for service and you feed them the same lies about service you tried with me. I told them to goto Larry H. Miller Super Ford on 1340 S 500 W. They treated me great and did not feed me lies when I got my service done with them. I should have not even tried your dealership. Ford says oil change when car prompts or 12 months whatever comes first, roughly every 10k miles. (Directly from my owners manual and from Ford representative.) You are saying ever 5k or 6 months. (Directly from your own service advisor and paper he gave me.) And here is the kicker! 30k for transmission fluid exchange and a list of other things costing $750. And every 30k miles. Ford says 150k for your first transmission exchange. A full 120k miles before it’s necessary. Plus 4 times more than what Ford is saying is needed. $750 x 4= 3,000 more dollars people are spending on service that Ford is not even recommending on the 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Ford even says that it built the hybrid to save us money on our maintenance and to help the environment with less maintenance. The last thing is when you had the chance to fix this and my other issues. When I said how dissatisfied I was and I was not coming back, your service manager just said okay and walked away. Clearly indicating you don’t care about my business and I should take it somewhere else. Clearly something is wrong at Henry Day Ford. The customer is trash and you scam hybrid owners.
