Comparatively, best Quick Lane I've seen across the nation!! My Expedition 2016 gets driven LOTS. Having visited many different dealerships nationally, this Quick Lane is likely the most through, professional and rapid I've found from Flordia to Oregon (just to give a view of where I drive). They examine everything that is required by Ford and then other stuff that even I don't look at (at least very often). They caught several critical issues (like a missing bolt in the driver door latch) that I walked past every time I got into the vehicle. Professionalism like that is very hard to find; this dealership has identified those employees and has made them available to make a difference for all of their customers. Thanks for being a great service department and dealership, well representing the FORD brand!! :{) More

I've purchased many new cars and trucks over the years and have never had a more informative presentation of a vehicle; All before we ever went for a test drive. Hak was professional throughout the entire process and made sure we were completely satisfied. This was my first experience at Henry Day Ford and I was impressed. Sales, finance and management, were all friendly, helpful and professional. I will most certainly return here for my next Ford purchase. I have, and will continue to recommend both Henry Day Ford and Hak Derviskadic. More
Horrible follow up I have had 2 appointments with the service center and I say that loosely because they told me both times it would be a couple of hours until they coul I have had 2 appointments with the service center and I say that loosely because they told me both times it would be a couple of hours until they could get my truck in. I don't know why I even have a set time. The first time I took it in I had a squeak coming from the tire. I told the device advisor you had to be under 5 mph to hear it and it started after driving about a mile. 5 hours later I call to check the status and they notify me they can't duplicate it. I drive back and am able to duplicate it with the mechanic in my truck in less than 5 mins. So the mechanic says it could be a few things and it will be and theybwill contact me. So I leave. Nobody contacts me, I call back right at closing time and I am transferred to sales, who tells m3 they have no access to my keys. So I am without a car all weekend. Come to find out it was a 20 min fix and was done on Saturday. Second time (yesterday) check engine light comes on Tues and goes off then comes on. My truck does a vehicle healthbreport that tells my phone something is wrong and I also take it to AutoZone who gives me the code with the issue. I take this to Ford and my truck at noon yesterday for my APPOINTMENT. They tell me a few hours until they can get it in. At 455, I call to check the status and the service rep says let me check I will call you back at 525 haven't heard a thing. So I call because I need a car to get my kids around the next morning and for work. I am notified they couldn't find anything wrong. I state I need my car. So I have no confidence they will follow up with the shuttle service whom I had made 2 attempts on my own to contact, so I get a ride and get my truck. And I go to start my truck today and the check engine light is on and the same code. I can see now why the bad reviews on here, and I am shopping for a new car, and I think I am going to head out to Ken Garff Ford in American Fork to purchase. I have used their service department twice and they are so much better, so I have to imagine that I would deal with a better sales department there. More

I didn't end up buying the truck but I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can't recall Josh's last name, so I selected both since there are two, either way, you're in good hands working with this dealership. More
