Roy was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get us the information that we needed. He even brought my garbage cans in when he came with me to pick up our seco to answer all of our questions and get us the information that we needed. Hak was so friendly when I called about the vehicle I had seen online. He gathered information about the car and called me right back with the answers. We test drove the vehicle and loved it. We did the paperwork for it, and Brian helped with the contract. We couldn't get the title on that Saturday because the financial department had closed. They gave us free safety and emissions and detailed the car because they just had gotten the car in on trade in. Hak even called the previous owner and got the second set of keys from her so we wouldn't have to buy a second set. He was always very polite and helpful! I had been looking for a vehicle for about a year. I saw an ad in the AutoGuide for a 2010 Ford Explorer with 21k miles for $24,900 with an Eddie Bauer package. Since we were going to my daughter's I thought we'd stop by and take a look. We ended up driving it away. No pressure, very friendly people. Roy has been great to work with. Bill has made sure that everything to was my liking. Julio got us a better deal on financing that my own bank of 22 years would give me. All in all, very impressed with the whole experience (and that coming from a traditional Chevy guy). This Dealership has been really great to work with. There was not the high pressure sales that we had felt at other dealerships. I had looked on the website and had research prices and car ratings and they was not the high pressure sales that we had felt at other dealerships.
