When you walk on the lot you dont get "sharked" like at other dealerships. The staff want to make sure you get the car you want not the car they will make the most $$$ on. Attentive and friendly sales person. Willing to be patient in showing us anything we migrated too. Helped us find the right car for our needs. We never looked anywhere else. Previously purchased another vehicle at Henry Day and liked it and the dealership. The finance guy was also friendly and informative. Wasn't too happy with the "bottom line" as the price went up with various different fees, but that seems to be the case wherever you go unless you buy from a previous owner him/herself, and then you don't know what you are getting. Overall, good, friendly and attentive people. More

Everytime we have brought one of our vehiclesin for service of any type, we have always recieved great customer service from everyone. We havent had any problems with work that has been done, so we ha service of any type, we have always recieved great customer service from everyone. We havent had any problems with work that has been done, so we have never had to bring our truck back for the same reason twice. we always have driven a little farther out of the way to come to your location because the facility is so clean and again, everyone is so nice and friendly. The only thing (which we understand) is the prices. My husband loves to work on his truck himself sometimes, and when he does he always calls to compare prices on different items and also to check the price on labor. We continue to come there because in the end we know it is the dealership and you will pay a little more for what you get, and we have always had a great experience there with you guys. In the end...no complaints. More

My 2010 F150 3rd brake light was leaking water into my cab. They replaced the light. My Sync system still doesent work right. I will have to bring my truck in again to get it fixed right.
