Winston, you were already emailed about this with no response from you. Please do us all a favor & stop trying to make it appear that you are living in integrity in the online world because you already proved otherwise in person. You were part of the group of managers (you being at the top) that blatantly lied to our faces and said you’d be replacing the part. Feel free to have a manager who actually cares respond.
