I was told by salesperson that by financing through Ford we would receive a $2,000 rebate on our purchase. Paperwork came through and there was not rebate. We asked and they told us that the final price a we would receive a $2,000 rebate on our purchase. Paperwork came through and there was not rebate. We asked and they told us that the final price already had the rebate. Had we not financed with them, the price they quoted us at very beginning would have been $2,000 more. The salesperson says they always quote sell price assuming financing rebates are included since most customers finance with them. This was on the purchase of a 2021 Bronco. Had we not waited so long already and if there weren't such a long wait time to get a new one, we would have walked. I truly thought that the culture of honesty would have been much stronger since this is a Ken Garff dealership. Not true at this dealership. Don't trust this dealership. More
Service Department is a joke. Was told they take walk in’s for oil changes so I drive a half hour down to the dealership only to be told that they couldn’t get me in for two weeks. No communication and a in’s for oil changes so I drive a half hour down to the dealership only to be told that they couldn’t get me in for two weeks. No communication and a lack of care for the customer. Stay far, far away from this dealer. More
Just filed a formal complaint with the State Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division. (https://mved.utah.gov/) TWO MONTHS OF being PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING, but NO MORE! . Not only did they NOT SERVICE th Vehicle Enforcement Division. (https://mved.utah.gov/) TWO MONTHS OF being PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING, but NO MORE! . Not only did they NOT SERVICE the car before selling it, (check engine light and ALL the fluids were BLACK, but paperwork that should have been submitted t months ago, was not, so when our trade-in was IMPOUNDED, WE got the letter and $3000 bill. Every phone call goes to voice mail. Someone called us back today, pulled over from driving and barely missed the call. Called right back, and NOTHING. Multiple calls to multiple extensions, GENERAL MANAGERS included. NOTHING. If we when we finally get someone on the line, they make promises, but don't follow through. We're SICK of waiting and are taking action outside the dealership. More
Terrible. For two months these people have been ignoring me and doing nothing to help me. I bought a vehicle with no emissions done that took two months to fix. Paper for my trade in were never summited to me and doing nothing to help me. I bought a vehicle with no emissions done that took two months to fix. Paper for my trade in were never summited to the state, and I was almost charged for there lazy mistake. Almost all the employees ignore you if you bring up a concern. Plates took two months, multiple trips up there for check engine lights and all I received was a measly tank of gas. Never buy anything new or old they will run you into the ground and leave nothing left. More
In the hot truck sales market in Utah right now I have been disgusted looking at trucks at other dealerships and have been treated so poorly by salesmen as I am looking for a specific size truck within my been disgusted looking at trucks at other dealerships and have been treated so poorly by salesmen as I am looking for a specific size truck within my budget. Their short term gains will be their long term losses. As someone spending most of my life in sales I was surprised at the how I was treated David Mack was very professional and respectful to me as he helped me go through the process to look at a used truck and ultimately purchase it. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by David. I have given his contact information to several people asking where I found a good truck and how was I treated. On a side note I was disappointed in the service department as I was told that they would not repair a critical safety issue with my side mirror. While driving, the mirror closes and I am not able to see traffic on my driver side. They let me know it was too expensive to repair. David shared this news with me and I could tell that this bothered him. It is hard to find a good truck right now and I either had to pass on the truck or figure out how to repair it myself. More
Beware!!! I have never left such a poor review in my life, but I want to make sure everyone knows not to buy a vehicle here and even more specifically...not to utilize their service department EVER! I a life, but I want to make sure everyone knows not to buy a vehicle here and even more specifically...not to utilize their service department EVER! I am blown away at the level of deceit by their managers (& 3+ were involved). Our one-year-old Ford vehicle was in service with them for 2 months for three major repairs on parts that had gone bad and in hind sight we were far too graceful with them on timing. We should’ve known from the beginning of our interactions with them not to trust them, as they weren’t able to keep the majority of their agreements. They came and looked at the failing part (shall remain nameless for privacy) & collectively agreed they’d replace this part. The first time they called us & said everything was completed...we drove out there and only one repair was complete. The second time they called us in for pickup, two weeks later, the manager that overlooked the vehicle with us (as we had to check their work by this point) tried to convince us that the third part had also been replaced. On the drive home it was evident by how it felt that it was the same xxxx part. Got home and could see previous markings on said part that were still there & wouldn’t be there if it was a “new” part. Emailed head manager and not a single response. Needless to say, save yourself a xxxx of a lot of time & choose a different dealership and vehicle make all together. I feel the slightest bit better now that I could get this anger off my chest...they are liars!!! More
The only consistent aspect of the service department is their ability to be problematic. My wife is insistent on only having a dealership service her vehicle and this last go around was the last straw. their ability to be problematic. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was trying to get more information on a used truck before purchasing and the salesman refused to respond to my inquiries. I tried to inquire again through someone else and was completely ignored. If they had given me the information I needed, which would have taken them 5 minutes, I would have made the purchase immediately on a hard to find truck that was exactly what I wanted. More
The sales person was good and professional - other than that the financial ignorance, in order to assist one to purchase a vehicle, I found to be deplorable.
