I have a hard time with pushy sales people and through my three week of deciding what will feel my needs most i walked from two other dealers and refused to return because of be told what i want , what will three week of deciding what will feel my needs most i walked from two other dealers and refused to return because of be told what i want , what will work for me by people who have known me for less then ten minutes then being told i need to by it now to get any type of deal. My buying experance at Henry Day Ford was alot difrent Feras as well as Martin Peterson (whome I had talked to the prior week ) let me tell them what i need and was looking for and they talked to me and showed me my options then stood by letting me make my decition without pushing me to do so faster then I was ready to . I like the apperance of the lot , service center , show room and waiting areas . I look forward to doing the rest of my perchasing through Feras or Martin at Henry Day !!!! More
I have worked mostly with Jake and Mark in the service department. They are both very upbeat and nice people. The quick lane manager did advise that the brakes were ok,but the back needed to be replaced in the near future. He said it would be 170.00 for replacement. I wish he would have told me both options and let me make my decision. I asked him about both choices and then he told me both options. I felt like that was my only option and if I would have talked to the previous girl, I wouldn't have known. More

My salesman, Feras is EXCELLENT.I really enjoyed having him to help me pick my car. He checked out ever inch of each car before I even test drove it. He got me a great deal on my new ford fusion. The dealership as a whole I like, but am not totally impressed with. It took 1 month and 5 scheduled appointments for them to finally fix the sun visor in my car. They seem very disorganized and not completely honest. I am still having some problems with my car and scheduling appointments to figure it out. Feras is the only reason I bought a car from Henry Day Ford and the only reason I am continuing to go back to get the things I need there. More
3 days before Christmas and I decide to go test drive the ford focus(never thought I would ever buy a ford) Titanium and Jake is there to help me.He was just fabulous!
