Darlene and I(Don) had been looking for a replacement car because her lease was just about up at another dealer. We checked at least 4 or 5 other car lots looking for just the right vehicle. When we saw the vans on the Henry Day lot, we decided to check them out. Darlene called and talked to a salesman about the vans on the lot. Feras was very polite, not pushy as some salemen we talked to were. Feras not only met us as he said he would but also brought to our attention a third van that we might be interested in. He told us about the problems that the cash & carry vans had. He was very up front about what kind of repairs the other vans needed. Some salesmen at other dealerships would not say anything so they would get the sale. When we pointed out a problem on the van we wanted at Henry Day, they fixed it right away. This dealership and its employees that we worked with gave us the impression of honesty, integrity, and that they really cared about the customers that come through their front door of the showroom. The customers expect good deals on their purchases and I can honestly say we feel they will definitely get those deals at Henry Day Ford. We would and will recommend Henry Day to anyone we meet who are looking for a new or used vehicle. If we ever need another vehicle, you can be sure thst we will check at Henry Day Ford first. More
This was the third dealer we went to to look for a used F-150. Feras and others were very friendly. Truck looked great and I thought the price was reasonable for the miles. One thing I disagreed with was Feras and others pushed heavily the fact that they "are not commission paid" which really is not true. I guess that is their common pitch to all customers is that they do not pay their sales people commission. However, Feras himself admitted to getting bonuses if he hits certain tiers etc. What is commission then? It mainly made me laugh but I didn't buy into the "we are not your typically salesman" pitch. Aside from that stretch of the truth, I got a very nice F-150 and was pretty satisfied. More

With out a doubt one of the best car shopping expirence we have had. Our experience with Henry Day Ford was exceptionally nice. Their no pressure sales approach allowed us to take the time to decide for ourselves which vehicle was right to meet our needs. Everyone I worked with really looked out for my best interests. This was my first car-buying experience, and I had heard so many horror stories that I was terrified to walk into a dealership. However, the car salesman, the sales manager, and the financing officer that I worked with worked very hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted (no more and no less) for a price that I wanted to pay. The Finance office even ran several lending scenarios to see what would end up saving me the most money. This took a lot of extra time for him, but ended up saving me an extra $800. The sales department wasn't pushy and answered all of the the questions I had (and I had a lot!). More
when we first pulld up there were two different dealerships and the ford lot was very lit up and there were people standing outside even though it was dark and the weather wasnt the best as soon as dealerships and the ford lot was very lit up and there were people standing outside even though it was dark and the weather wasnt the best as soon as my husband and i got out of the car feras was there to help ( but not in a pushy way like most places.) he was very friendly and we got right to looking at cars he showed us only cars that met our qualifacations as soon as we found a car we liked we wasted no time in getting all the details. feras helped us out with a rate and a down payment that we could afford. he also got us drinks for while we handeled all the business. our overall experiance was great and we could recoment it to anyone. Feras greeted us at the door and we had a pleasant experience from that point on. The sales process at Henry Day is straight forward, transparent, and simple. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. At no point did I feel pressured into a sale. Quite the opposite, his approach made a typically big decision as stress free and comfortable as possible. My experience with this dealership was very good. I never felt pressured in any way , they took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered felt pressured in any way , they took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They also stayed way past closing time ( on a Friday night no less) and even drove my truck home for me! How many other dealers would do that? They have a very happy customer and I look forward to a long relationship with the Henry Day Ford family! More
