I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus and have loved it, until I noticed the side bumper bracket had detached. I was first told over the phone to just bring it in, so I did. Things kept coming up, so I called in at a later date to get something set up and the male told me should be under warranty and to just come by. After work I decided to drop by, a male looked at it, then brought out a female (sorry didn't get names) and she said not in warranty cause I hit something, and where to go for the best pricing. I know for a fact I didn't hit anything and so I took it to another place for a second opinion. They looked at the side that needed to be re-hooked, and then other side that has no issues and came to the conclusion......It was just the bracket popped off, it wasn't hit. They popped it back on for free, and said have a nice day. SERIOUSLY! I will NOT be taking my car there to get maintenance etc at this dealership. I have to say the buying experience was great but not the parts/service department is not good. More
I bought a mazda cx-7 from Jake and Paul St. Clair here and I was extremly unhappy with the service they provided! I went here to purchase a vehicle for the sole purpose of getting all wheel of 4x4 drive a and I was extremly unhappy with the service they provided! I went here to purchase a vehicle for the sole purpose of getting all wheel of 4x4 drive and I told them that to begin with. Jake sold us the Mazda and assured us that it was all wheel drive. I took my mazda in to be serviced recentley and they informed me at the Mazda dealer that my car is not all wheel drive! I am so frustrated but what can I do now right? I really need a truck that is good in the snow and I am interested in something here. I would be willing to give Henry day a second chance with a different sales man. I would hope it would be different this time and that I will not be lied to. I would love anything they would be willng to do for me with a second purchase here. Thank You More
Read the reviews..I can't speak to the new car experience, but service..wow. The fact that this dealership is allowed to use the term service is questionable. From the techs to the general manag experience, but service..wow. The fact that this dealership is allowed to use the term service is questionable. From the techs to the general manager, Jeremy, I was treated poorly. Jeremy day the 'general manger' said during a dispute, "if you were a better customer we would look into giving you a break, but your not so too bad. I spent 2000 to get my car repaired and the performance was unchanged. I then took it to Larry miller and three hours later the car properly assets and the right parts were on the way. It cost me 600 and the car passed emissions. Henery day wasnt even close to diagnosing the issue. I even went to the extent of having the old parts Henry day 'replaced to see if it would still pass and it still passed emissions and ran great. With this information I went back to Henry day to seek for a refund. They spent more time explaining their how they pay their techs and how Larry miller shouldn't have said anything bad about them rather than listening and resolving. Henry day should practice what they preach...don't bash other dealerships, take a note and learn from Larry millers service department, try being honest. Save yourself some time and clearly money and go somewhere else. More
Josh Montez was extremely knowledgable about the different truck options and what the different models had to offer. He helped me choose the truck model that was best suited for my needs. We first went to the dealership to have questions about leases answered, and Feras not only clearly answered our initial questions, but patiently helped us explore all of the pros and cons of our other opt leases answered, and Feras not only clearly answered our initial questions, but patiently helped us explore all of the pros and cons of our other options. We never felt pressure to choose a specific price range; we genuinely sensed that he felt that his job was to help us be happy with whatever decision we settled on. We are so happy with the great car we got and the price that we paid for it. Financing and options were early explained by Paul, and paperwork was (relatively) painless. All around, we were totally satisfied and would recommend Feras and the others at Henry Day Ford. More

My experience with Henry Day Ford was excellent. The employees I interacted with were knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. I had a poor experience with another Ford dealership in the region, and out o employees I interacted with were knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. The service was superior and the price of the new truck was substantially less. There were no pricing games played- it was fair from the start. More

The dealers were not pushy and worked with me as I explored other options for a used car. It took about a week and in the meantime they worked on cleaning the car up since it was a mess. Although they did a decent job the car still has its cigarette smoke smell and they didn't vacuum under the seats very well and the cubby holes were still dirty. But all in all the dealers were friendly and pleasant to work with. More
