We went in to look at and possibly purchase a new vehicle at Henry Day Ford. We were approached by Feras shortly after looking around. He was very friendly and knew each vehicle well. We were there for a little while working on financing and insurance paperwork which is expected when purchasing a vehicle and he was kind enough to bring us pizza and beverages. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. We will definitely be purchasing from him again. Through the finance process we worked with Jake Beck and he was able to explain everything in detail and help work out the best deals for us. He was even able to help us with questions regarding a refund on our after market warranty on the car that we were trading in that was not even purchased from Henry Day. He took his time to help us with this and it wasn't even something he had to do. The team at Henry Day Ford made this our best car buying experience yet and we will definitely be back. :) More
