I bought a used Toyota Land Cruiser. I live in Seattle, WA and saw the vehicle on the web. I called Roy and he was great to work with throughout the process. My car was being detailed when I arrived and it was as Roy described over the phone - no surprises. In about an hour I drove out of the dealership and headed back to Seattle. A smooth transaction with no surprises and a great price. What more could I ask for? More

We even ended up buying a car, with no hassel, payments we could afford. Then a couple days after getting our new car home, we find that there was a problem. I call and talk to Feras about it, and he makes it right. We didn't have to wheel and deal, he just took care of me and my car. It was the best car experience I've ever had and I've told all my friends and family. I will be going back to buy my next car there in a few years. :) More
