We went to several dealerships and all the salesman were either pushy,or just didn't care enough to want to help us. Even one dealership try to sell us something we just did not want.. We decided to stay 1 more day and look one last time, I saw on ad for Henry day ford on auto trader and saw a GMC Denali XL that we have been looking for, on our way homen we decided to check them out. We were greeted by Steve Smith, he had the most friendliest smile. We told him what we were looking for and knew exactly right where to look. I wish we would of went here first, they were very honest, easy to work with. With a calm atmosphere,I would recommended Henry day ford to all my friends in so utah. More

He was genuinely interested as I described what I wanted and took the time to show me several vehicles over a two week period. He was never pushy and called me every time a truck came in that might fit my needs. After a little over two weeks he found me a great truck that far exceeded my needs and was much lower in cost than I expected! I am so happy that I was given respect and treated as if I were important and not just another customer. I went to several other dealerships and Steve Smith was the only salesman that treated me with respect and wasn't pushy or rude! More

He is very knowledgeable about the inventory and patiently explained things in terminology that I could understand. Mike reviewed many available cars to find exactly what I wanted and he was successful. My new 2014 white Ford Focus sedan is "en route"to the dealership and I expect to take delivery in just a couple of days. I've shopped at Henry Day before and had a wonderful experience. However, this last weekend I wanted to get a truck and couldn't really find something to suit me at Henry Day so I went to another dealer experience. However, this last weekend I wanted to get a truck and couldn't really find something to suit me at Henry Day so I went to another dealer - HUGE MISTAKE. The other dealer sold me a truck with several issues. Having found one issue right away I went to return the truck ( because I thought I had three days...apparently that's only with Henry Day). I was told no on the return. So I took the truck to Henry Day. Bill examined the truck and told me it wouldn't even pass inspection! That gave me enough legal standing to get my contract voided with the other dealer and get the truck returned. Without Bill's help (on a vehicle that I didn't even purchase from Henry Day mind you) I would have lost a great deal of money. I went back to Henry Day to thank Bill and Darrell Frank ( our sales associate from a previous purchase) took down the details of what we are looking for and said he would start looking at the auctions to find us something. Now that's customer service. I should have never strayed. The staff at Henry Day cannot be beaten!!! More

We just bought a used Expedition from Henry Day and we love it. I absolutely HATE vehicle shopping because its normally a huge headache and time consuming because of the salesman being pushy or arguing ov love it. At Henry Day It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Hak our salesman was awesome and knew his stuff and wasn't pushy at all. This dealership was straightforward with us and wasn't shady like most other dealerships. It only took about 30 minutes after we found the vehicle we wanted to walk out the door with the keys and call it ours. It was amazing experience and I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a new or used vehicle. We will definitely be back in the future! More
