Broken Promises and Horrible Communication Promised delivery of a new car from the factory within 8 weeks. It is now 9 weeks in and still don't have a build date. Communication was horrible. Trying to get a hold of the sales associate (Hak) and the sales manager (Bob) was an exercise in patients. Of the numerous times I tried to call every call was directed to voicemail and return calls took days to come. Try to call the General Manager (Jeff) same thing. When ordering the car I had to put down a deposit and was told if I put down cash I would get cash back. I don't know if they are trying to rub salt in the wounds but I now have to wait until next week to get a check from them. Worst experience EVER! More

Great Staff - Tyson Kirth "Tyson Kirth" I had issues with my car during my visit to SLC last week and Tyson @ Henry Day Ford helped me from very beginning. Inspite of the L "Tyson Kirth" I had issues with my car during my visit to SLC last week and Tyson @ Henry Day Ford helped me from very beginning. Inspite of the Labor day weekend he helped me with formal procedures and diagnosis of the damage. He is definitely the go to guy @ Henry Day Ford. I left my car and had to go out of state and left my camera in the car. He also helped me to get the camera shipped to my place. Exceptionally Positive Automobile Purchase Experience! I went in to Henry Day Ford the evening of July 31, 2015; interested in a new Coyote 5.0. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist at the front desk I went in to Henry Day Ford the evening of July 31, 2015; interested in a new Coyote 5.0. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist at the front desk, and she called Hak Derviskadic (a sales consultant) for me, who arrived in a matter of seconds. Hak demonstrated exceptional customer service by answering all of my questions in an extremely respectful manner; and by this I mean an atmosphere of absolutely no pressure to buy. Hak was professional, yet kind and personable, and even stayed well over an hour past regular store hours continuing to answer all of my questions. We studied what options were the best deal purchasing, and ultimately found that the discount for being a college student would serve me best. Once again a kind no pressure attitude was maintained the whole time. Because of the late hour, I was not able to purchase the automobile that night, but Hak came and picked me up at my house the next morning so I could finish the purchasing process and pick up my new 2015 Ford Mustang. I have been to the Henry Day Ford Dealership many times in the past 9 years to buy motorcraft parts for my foxbodies, the facility is always clean and welcoming and this time was no different; definitely a nice place! I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a FoMoCo produced automobile. Furthermore I would advise any potential customer to speak with Hak when considering purchasing. Out of the several FoMoCo automobiles that I've owned this is my third Mustang, and by far the best buying experience, very, very positive! Thanks Hak, and Henry Day Ford! More

Best car buying experience Worked with Steve Smith. Wanted a foreign used car or a Ford used car. Couldn't find one that really fit us for a few weeks. But Steve kept his eye ou Worked with Steve Smith. Wanted a foreign used car or a Ford used car. Couldn't find one that really fit us for a few weeks. But Steve kept his eye out for one and called us every now and then to let us know what he had. We went in on a weekend because we saw two Ford Fusions. We test drove one of them, the other one apparently had transmission problems. The one we test drove we ended up liking. It was a 2007. Steve said he had a 2010 Fusion that had come in recently. We thought it was out of our price range but we test drove it anyway. We absolutely loved it and wanted to see if we could get. Steve helped us find a payment that worked out and we ended up getting it. We were surprised that it worked out the way it did and we are very happy with the purchase. We did end up having a problem with the car 3 weeks after buying it. The check engine light came on and the car started to idle rough. We talked to Steve who had us come in and had his service department look at it. It was a bad fuel injector. They replaced it and didn't charge us a thing. They wanted us to be happy with the purchase and because the problem showed up relatively soon, they told us that they would cover the cost of the repair. It has been an awesome experience overall. We are recommending them to everyone we know. More

I had 4 escorts for customer service within the first 5minutes.(I bought a car in 1993 from Henry Day at the other location) I had my first contact with "Lucy"~~outstanding voice on the phone. I had Jeff Hosek (manager) gave me directions to see Lucy. I then had Jason Volney(Sales mgr) and Hal Derviskadic(sales consultant) All of them were " 7" in customer service! They weren't pushy and I felt comfortable with all of them.(I have been in customer service for 30yrs) I am retired and I needed a car that was reliable and Henry Day did that for me! Jake Beck was a total delight as finance manager. Jeff Hosek was very outgoing and sincere as a manager with customer service. I give them all " 7" stars! I plan to spread the word about Henry Day as a very Pleasant, Non-pushy dealer! Hal was extremely helpful and 7 stars as a salesman! **I give La Point Ford a "F" Flunk rating~~No comparison to the caliber of Henry Day in WVC! More
