I would like to personally apologize for the experience you encountered at Henry Day Ford. I assure you this is not a regular practice at Henry Day Ford; customer satisfaction and honesty is something Henry Day Ford and its employees take great pride in. Henry Day Ford has eliminated the price negotiating that is common at most dealerships and has provided our guests with our lowest discounted price right up front and clearly marked on the vehicle. After looking further into the situation it looks like the employee who prints the price tags for the vehicles made an honest mistake. Although this was not intentional the employee has been reprimanded appropriately in addition to further coaching and training so this mistake will not happen in the future. We completely understand your frustration with this situation, however, we hope to earn back your business and would love to work out a deal that makes sense for both parties.
