I only drive about 12 miles per day. Instead of pro-rating the rebate they offered only a pittance of what it should have been. Now...on to the service department...they more than once charged me for work not done and also tried to create an ignition problem that I resolved in about 10 seconds. Recently I send a request for service/maintenance information and I kept getting emails about buying a new car. My original request was never answered. My opinion is they are interested soley in Henry Day and not the customer. So sad as I had a few years of good service from them. DONE!! More

This Place Has Gone Down Hill Took my F-150 in for a simple oil change. The service department contacted me a couple hours later stating my truck was due for more services to the t Took my F-150 in for a simple oil change. The service department contacted me a couple hours later stating my truck was due for more services to the tune of $750.00. Yeah, no thank you, but nice try on the up sell. Picked the truck up several hours later with just the oil change done. Wife drove it home and said it was idling rough. I checked under the hood for a possible loose connection thinking something might have been bumped during the service. You know, accidents do happen. What I found was completely shocking. Checking the oil level, it was approximately 6 quarts over full, a good 3" above the full mark on the dipstick! What they had done was fail to drain the old oil, then added 6 quarts of new oil on top of it. The nail in the coffin for me was they didn't check the oil level after they serviced it. Is this really how a professional service center operates??? Needless to say, I'll return to doing my own repairs from now on. The dealer did address the issue, but the poor rating on the customer service is due to one thing. I hate being lied to! Advisor stated the truck was "a little overfilled". Sure pal, whatever. BTW, know who you're talking to before you try to cover up for your mistakes. I've been a heavy duty diesel mechanic for nearly 40 years. More

My only suggestion is to make sure you shop around for interest rates because if I would not have done my homework, their finance guy Mike would of cost me about $50.00 amount on my payment! And I have outstanding credit so he didn't shop around for me like he said he would! But I did get a Awesome deal on the truck of my dreams and would buy again from Henry Day Ford again! Ask for Joel when you get there! More

I got the impression that i was getting the run around. Untill the sales and gm called me and took care of the problem. I give them the benefit of the doubt as they resolved my issue. i would recommend this dealer for future car purchases. More
