Didn't have the car we wanted, but walked away happy. Austin was a great salesperson to work with. He explained how their online inventory works (somewhat shady since it shows cars they don't yet have), b Austin was a great salesperson to work with. From the time I walked in and met Simon, I was at complete ease. He spent all morning finding me the right Focus for my needs and budget, and when I just hated a few of the options he didn't mind! He told me to take my time and get what I want, and what is right for me, even if it meant buying somewhere else! We finally found the PERFECT one and it was so easy!
