I am not sure what has happened to this dealership as I have purchased many vehicles and have had only a few issues over the years. KGWVCJDF called to schedule my truck for urgent recalls. At the time of have purchased many vehicles and have had only a few issues over the years. KGWVCJDF called to schedule my truck for urgent recalls. At the time of the call, I asked if they had the parts and would it be done in a timely manner. I was assured that it would not be more than two days. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the service writer told me that the truck would sit for two days waiting for a time slot to be looked at, not repaired just looked at. When the diagnosis was made, they would the then order whatever parts were needed. I informed them that I make money with my truck and could not be down for a extended period of time. He said that's just how it is and would see if they could push it along. I had them do an oil change and air filter change. On the second day I could not get an answer over the phone to see if my vehicle was ready, so I went to the dealership to see. The service writer went home early and the truck had not been looked at. I had to call and leave messages Thursday and the service writer finally called back to say that my vehicle still didn't have a scheduled time for a tech to look at it. He said he would try to get it looked at but said it probably won't happen today. I told him that his dealership sucks and he agreed. He said my truck did need to be fixed and I told him that i would take it to Doug Smith to be repaired. He said my truck would be pulled around so I could pick it up (They actually did it!) When I went to pick my truck, I checked under the hood to find that the air filter box was missing a fastener. I went back in to see if someone would find one and was directed to the parts counter. The parts guy was very polite and apologize that none were available, but they would order one in. One the trip home I noticed that the interior of the vehicle smelled of oil and the air-conditioning smelled of oil and the fan seemed to be struggling. After arriving home, found the cover to the cabin air filter that was just replaced to have fallen off. I then set out to find the oil smell, steering wheel had oily residue, the radiator cover had a small pool of oil, oil residue on the chrome grill. Great job guys! I did ask to speak to the manager and was told that it doesn't matter because he will not do anything and it's all due to Covid, so don't waste my time. I have already wasted my time. Maybe the dealership should stop using covid as an excuse and start looking at its owners/managers lack of leadership. What a miserable place. To the owner... Maybe you should shut down your service bays and just sale vehicles if you're not going to employ enough qualified staff. More
