The service here is horrible. I brought my truck in for a check engine light. I was told it would be 3 days before they could do the diag, which I was fine with. The next day I get a call saying they hadn’t tested anything but ordered the parts and I could pick it up while we waited for them. I asked that they actually test the part they thought caused it. Two days later I get a call confirming it was bad, but they wanted to do the front breaks and service the differentials. I called around and found a better rate for the work. I talked to Lucas again and told him no, this was before 2 pm, he told me he would have his tech get the truck ready and let me know. I called back at 4 and he was gone for the day, as was the tech. I got there in the morning to pick it up and found it sitting in the lot. I was told the Tech who wouldn’t be there for an hour still had the key so no one knew if it was done. The tech arrived and said it had been ready since before he left. My warranty expired, I will not be going back to their shop. More

WARNING! Do not bring your vehicle here for service. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT OWN ISSUES THEY CREATED. We have a well maintained car that we took in for service. After being told we needed to replace the head gaskets and lifters and paying $3,835.24, we continued to have issues. The service department tech we later learned drove our car home and experienced the same issue of the engine coolant completely leaking out. He then drove our car that he drove home (without) our permission or notice, back to the dealership the next day without engine coolant. (When we had this issue with the coolant leaking out we did not dare drive it and had it towed to the dealership) So after paying to have new lifters and head gaskets we got a call from the service advisor saying that we have to get a brand new engine. Over the course of June, July and August we paid this service department over $10,000.00. to make repairs on this car. It was the worst mistake we ever made to take our car to this service department. When my husband talked to the service department about our frustrations and how badly we felt that we had been taken advantage and that we feel that they are responsible for us needing to have a new engine. All they offered was $500.00 off the purchase of a new vehicle. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?!? Your service technician drove our car to his home and back without engine coolant and then you call and tell us we need a new engine? BUYER BE WARE- Do not have your car serviced here. They will take advantage of you as they did us. We put $10K of repairs into a car in past 90 days that now needs a new engine because of their negligence and shotty work. More
