We had the goal to buy a truck today, a ford f150. We decided to test drive all the trucks first that are in this class, which is why we ended up here test driving the Dodge Ram 1500. Our sales guy Beau, was a very charismatic personality who we enjoyed during our test drive. We told him we were just on a fact finding mission and wanted to test drive all the trucks in this class, and he was knowledgeable and helpful. I actually quite liked the dodge ram, felt well built and solid, it quickly jumped ahead of a ford f150. But I wanted to test drive the other manufacturers before making a decision and Beau was not Pushy at all, told me to do my thing and call him back. He actually did find for us a model we wanted with honest pricing. Unfortunate we ended up buying a different manufacturer, but we liked Beau so much we called him to inform of our decision. He was very pleasant and I do see him selling alot of vehicles in the future. More

I had the opportunity to drive several models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee (good selection on the lot). The dealer worked very hard to find a car with the exact options and color I wanted. I settled on a car on the lot. Price negotiation was reasonable and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Closing the sale was pleasantly efficient. Very happy with the transaction and the new car. Aside from figuring out the myriad of options that US car manufacturers mix and match, car buying has improved immensely and I think Ken Garff is a good place to buy a car. More

This is our 3rd purchade from this dealership. We come back for a reason. Dave and Rusty were good but I felt like I wasn't being heard sometimes. Dave kept showing me used vehiles and I kept saying I don back for a reason. Dave and Rusty were good but I felt like I wasn't being heard sometimes. Dave kept showing me used vehiles and I kept saying I don't want used. I wanted very specific things and I was shown cars that did not meet my qualifications. Alot of walking in the hot sun. I asked several times about the colors the compass came in and I never got a straight answer. I really felt like I "settled" for what I purchased. Please don't get me wrong, both men were very courtious and polite and knew how to keep the customer comfortable, but I was there to buy a car and to get what I wanted not what the salesman wanted. We love the dealership and will be back in the future. I hope soon that I will fall in love with my new car. More

Both Dave and Jeremy were easy to talk to. They were easy to work with and had a great sense of humor. Though there was a casual atmosphere, both were professional and knowledgeable.
