Where is the KEN GARFF BACK YOU UP PROMISE..ITS BULL+HIT.....Was Offred More money(cash for Mustang, called dealer and was told tuff.....John said he spent too much time with me and to accept the truck, with trany problems....SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY and drive further south....Was pressured to buy a extended contract to cover the truck, since the basic coverage sucked........I have been buying for over 20 years. this is the worst- AVOID AT ALL COST More

They will tell you anything you want to hear and will be as nice as they can be. Once they have your money all bets off. They did not do what they said they would do. The old GM promised one thing then left to go be a GM at another of their dealerships. The new GM Brian said well we did what we said we would do in writing and I asked what about the verbal part they said they would do. He said it was not in writing. They had the car for 4 days and then we finally called to see if it was ready and they said yes. When we went to pick it up they did not replace the muffler like they said they would and mike said I thought it was done. He wanted us to wit 3-4 hours and they would do it straight away. They had 4 days and that was the only thing they were going to do.(they were supossed to do more but they did not do the one thing they knew they could not get away with. Do your self a favor and google this dealership group and you will see that they are good at selling you a car but they do not stand behind their word or service! More

I was looking for my daughter's first car when I met Sergio. I let him know what I was looking for and he told me it may be a few days or even a month but he would find me something that was reliable a Sergio. The next day he called me and let me know he had the car for me! I took my wife and daughter in to meet him and look at the car. Sergio was right, it was the car for us. He took the time to talk with my daughter and wife, which I really appreciated, and made them feel like they were the most important people at the dealership. After test driving the car Sergio introduced us to David to work out the particulars. He again took the time to talk to my wife and daughter and was willing to spend the time. He was great to work with and really made us feel like we were very important. After we filled out the paperwork he came over and brought my wife and daughter flowers before he showed us to the Finance Office. That act really made an impact! My daughter was very excited and it really made the experience complete. The person we worked with in the Finance Office was Alex Alan and he was great. He took the time to explain everything and made the extra effort to help us out. He made some notes to be sure to follow up with the Accounting Department for us the next day to complete everything for us. I have worked with a few dealerships over the years and have purchased cars on my own but as of today I am a Ken Garff West Valley customer! I have never been treated better and I look forward to buying my other three daughters cars. My wife and I visited Ken Garff Chrysler looking for a vehicle that my wife (who has had back surgery) could feel comfortable. We were thinking of purchasing in November, but after looking at several Chrysler 300s, the car we came into look at...we told him again we were going to wait until November. Kervi asked us about the Chrysler 200. We knew nothing about the vehicle, so Kervi showed some of the features and let us drive it. The ride was great and handled like a sports car. This car satisfied both my wife and myself. Kervi brought David Tran over and introduced us. David was able to convince us that we could buy now and get a good price. He also talked to my wife the same as he talked to me. She appreciated that because at another dealership the salesperson would hardly talk to her....only to me. To fully answer, "why we bought from Ken Garff Chrysler", 1.It was not being pressured, 2.not being shown vehicles that did not fit what we told Kervi we needed and 3.his listening to us when we asked questions and answering so we understood!
