Horrible dealer! Stay away. I had so many negative experiences with Ken Garff West Valley I would never return or send anyone I know there. I don't even bring my Jeep there for warranty work anymore. I was LIED to on several occasions after my purchase for several reasons. They lost my loan and every week or so when I'd call to see why I didn't have any of my loan information they'd pass me around the phone tree until someone would tell me my loan was with another bank (6+ banks total). I'd then call that new bank, give them my personal information, only to have them tell me I wasn't in their system. I finally figured out who my loan was when a collections agency came calling because I had missed 3 payment! Fortunately the bank was very understanding and cancelled out all late fees, etc. I tried to contact the sales manager several times but was finally contacted by him after calling Chrysler corporate. He too continued to give me the run-around. Also wouldn't take responsibility for warranty work. I bought my Jeep into them several times over the first 2 months because something in the steering just didn't seem right (as well as a few other items). The biggest complaint I had was the steering feeling "loose" at times. 3 visits in a row to the service department they kept telling me nothing was wrong. On the 4th they actually took it for a test drive on the highway and decided the steering pump had basically imploded. They called to tell me that after the test drive the Jeep was deemed unsafe and they would have to order a part which would keep me off the road for at least a week. Why wasn't this driven and noticed on the FIRST visit?! After their having my Jeep more than 20 days in the first two months I owned the vehicle I got fed up and started taking my Jeep to another dealer for service. Avoid Ken Garff stealerships! They should NOT have a 5 star rating. More
Lied about all their products, sold me a horrible car that was a pile of junk then said i owed them money, they should have paid me to take that car. Also bought here in the past and they tried to sell me a jeep wrangler that they did not own, made to payments before they realized it. More
Ken Garff has been working on my deal for a while now. I'll start from the beginning... The first time the deal was worked out, the dealership removed the GAP protection from my deal, without telling me, I'll start from the beginning... Then they attempted to add it back in, after I explained that it shouldn't have been removed in the first place, but wouldn't adjust the price of the car to reflect the same lower payment I had agreed upon. I took time to think about the deal and during that time, they called me back stating they would "meet me in the middle" at where I wanted to be and offered to have me come back in. They assured me they wouldn't "shotgun" me out to any banks, until I felt comfortable with the deal. Well, I took more time to think about it and had decided I wanted to pursue a different car that was more in my budget. I found the one I wanted, and they happened to have it. So I went back in to get this set up... And I'm told that Slate took it upon himself to tell Alex to send my deal over to a few banks, without me giving the ok. Yes, I realize I signed an application for credit and they have the right to do this. But the fact that Slate says one thing and does another is inexcusable (And Slate, mind you, is supposed to be the Sales Manager-- What kind of example does this set for his employees? Does this mean they should follow in his footsteps?). So... on to the new car... It was priced at $17,600, which is "rock bottom" pricing. I said ok. Looked at the new deal and took a contract print out with me, so I could think it over and possibly arrange financing at my Credit Union. Well, I find out that the price was lowered from $17,600 to $16,400. Go figure. We were at "rock bottom" but then they have room to take $1,200 dollars off of the price? Well, guess what happens next... I look up the car I want and... wait for it... it's listed at $15,400! Surprise!! :D So- For my review: I gave Customer Service a 1 because of Slate. I gave Quality of Work a 1 because of Slate. I gave Friendliness a 3 because of my sales person. I would recommend Natalia to anyone looking for a good sales person. I don't blame her for anything that management decides to do. I do, however, feel like my calls are being screened, now that I'm trying to contact her after the price of the car has been lowered even more. I gave Overall Experience a 2 because Natalia made it a little less painful each time I had to work with this place. I gave Price a 1 because they are pretty into telling lies when it comes to pricing. More
I wouldn't recommend this dealership because of the way Dave Tran treated me and my girlfriend. I told him that he must have forgotten we were in Utah and they don't recognize same sex marriage it got to the point where I told him to stay away from us, he wasn't the salesman so he didn't need to bother us. Beau Harrison did an excellent job in showing us the vehicle and making the sale. When we got to the finance department Justin Kennedy was great he even offered to fill the jeep up with gas when the change that was left in the vehicle we traded in was taken. We were suppose to receive a $1500 check to help reduce the payment by $100 per month since the payment wasn't in the range we had hoped for but the check came 2 weeks after the first payment was due and it wasn't until we went into the dealership and Justin got the check for us right then. I really doubt we would have received the check if we wouldn't have continued to pursue getting the money. More

I came into West Valley Dodge on the Sept. 14, 2011. I looked around at some new trucks while my truck was being serviced. I needed a heavier duty truck than my 1500. Kelly was great We looked at some trucks and made out a wish list. That evening I got a call from Kelly with the bottom line price and the trade in price I wanted. Kell suggested two tucks that would fit my requirements. I came in on the 15th and test drove both trucks. I settled on the 2500 Longhorn with the Cummins diesel. I am totally thrilled with the truck. It does everything that Kelly said it would and more. I love my new truck. Thanks Kelly for all your help and for making the car buying experience as painless as possible. We were feeling really discouraged with our search for a car until we met Nino and Josh at Ken Garff. They were very friendly. They weren't pushy at all. Although we weren't able to get in the original c car until we met Nino and Josh at Ken Garff. They were very friendly. They weren't pushy at all. Although we weren't able to get in the original car that we picked out, we ended up getting a car that was cheaper, had less miles and that we LOVED even more than the first! Josh and Nino were amazing and took care of everything and really kept us and our needs in mind when helping us look for a car. I will definitely buy from them again! More
