Typical used car experience. Got bent on the trade in value. Bold face liars who try to guilt you. If I wasn't completely sick of them I'd drag it out in court. Looking online at autotrader.com I found a used car that I really liked priced at $5300. Excited about the car I got off work early and headed straight down there (which is a 50 minute drive from where I li I really liked priced at $5300. We start talking about pricing to find out that they will only accept $5900 no less. Come to find out later, after talking with the manager, they are selling the car for someone on their team and he will accept nothing less. Completely unprofessional! I drove for nearly an hour on the assumption that $5300 would be the the highest price, and now they are saying "$5900 no less!" You won't even honor the price you have listed online? You have completely wasted my 3 hours of my time and my money for no reason. I will never go back because of such amateur, ridiculous and dishonest behavior. More

A friend steered us to Kelly, from whom she had bought several cars. We wound up with a nice little '02 Dodge Stratus in our price range. Mike got us approved for a 100% loan and included gap insurance before we even had time to ask for it. I would definitely buy from Kelly again. More

I found Josh and Nino, and they (as usual) provided my wife and I excellent service ( AGAIN). They showed me every truck in the lot, and once I made my decision Josh got right to work on the numbers. Everything looked good, so we went in to see Alex and finalized the deal. I was only inquiring on a new jeep. I had a salesman by the name of Chris Vega, offered me the best service to detail and friendliness. I was not really looking to purchase a vehicle, but he really knew ho the name of Chris Vega, offered me the best service to detail and friendliness. I was pleased with his professionalism and down to earth attitude, and he was not your typical "gold chain wearing, old man smell, car guy." He was young; and understood what I wanted in the vehicle for not only myself, but for my wife and daughter. I strongly feel that he earned his second sale from me, my family and my friends as referrals. I will be in soon to purchase my wife’s new vehicle, that she needs. I STRONGLY suggest if you are in the market, to contact this young man. I put my reputation on it. I was only happy with my purchase for a minimal amount of time. I had my first encounter when my mechanic (2 days later) said the truck seemed to be running fine but needed a new air filter as it was clogged time. The service department reluctantly took care of the problem. I was then frustrated that the sales person apparently lied to me by offering that any time I refer a customer that actually purchased a vehicle they would make an auto payment towards my vehicle. This was honored once of the 4 people that actually purchased vehicles. About 3 years later- I had to take it in as that was the first time I realized I was missing my jack system to put on my spare tire. When I brought it to the sales managers attention - he explained that it had to be in the truck as Ken Garff conducts a 150 pt. inspection. I explained to him that I never took it out and it must have been missed. He all but called me a liar- insisting that the jack and kit were included. I will never go to Ken Garff - I was deceived and insulted one too many times! Larry More
I brought my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an emissions check because I just moved to Utah. While I was waiting, I decided to look at the 2012 Grand Cherokees. I found one I had to have...and left the 20 check because I just moved to Utah. While I was waiting, I decided to look at the 2012 Grand Cherokees. I found one I had to have...and left the 2010 there and drove home in the 2012. I had wonderful service by everyone. Car shopping has always been a pain because of the hours you spend waiting around. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours...and most of that time was due to the time it took me to look at all the cars, test drive them and decide which one I wanted. Very nice experience. I emailed this dealership about a vehicle I saw on the internet, I received a phone call within minutes from Hector. He said they still had the vehicle and that the price was flexible. He also told me that if I came in, I would receive a $25 gift card. My husband and I along with 3 little kids went to the dealership that same evening. They brought us into the dealership and kept asking unnecessary questions, when all we wanted to do was see the vehicle. The salesman helping us would ask some questions then leave for ten minutes, come back and ask more questions. After sitting their with our hungry little kids for 50 minutes, we were told that the vehicle we wanted to see had been sold. I was fine with that...I realized that that was a possibility, but the wait time was completely unnecessary. I made sure to redeem the $25 gift card that I was promised (which took another 10-15 minutes). We went to use the card on dinner that night and it was declined. I emailed Hector about it that night and never received a reply. The next day, I was looking on the internet and saw the same vehicle on ksl.com and it had just been posted 3 hours earlier (which was several hours after I had been told that it had been sold). Now, I realize that the vehicle probably never existed and they were playing the old "bate and switch". Well never again will we go there, and we are telling everyone we know about this... More
I visited the dealership on 4/3/12 to check out a 2012 Durango. I called first and gave Sergio the stock number and he had the vehicle waiting. My sister and I came into the dealership looking for information on the new Cherokee. I had an 04 and loved it but new very little about the new ones. She answered all of my questions and showed me what different options did and how they worked. After I left I sure felt like I knew that I wanted this jeep and why! I went home, built my keep and emailed Natalia all the specs. She built the jeep, got the order together and so it began. About 2 months later, my jeep arrived and I went to meet up with the saleswoman. It was perfect! She had it ready with a bow on it! It was so easy and everything I thought it could be! I am I'm love with my new jeep and will never ever work with anyone else but Your Car Lady More
