I do not believe it should take over three days for a deal to go through, or I should have gotten a call sooner. both in the dealership AND every time we spoke on the phone, I was pushed to lease a new car that I did not want. I SPECIFICALLY wanted to buy a very specific, used, vehicle. I then got a call from another associate at the dealership telling me to call him back and ask for him specifically. I never worked with this gentleman, though he informed me he was aware of the conversation I had on the phone with the dealer. I never said anything upsetting in any of the calls, so either they're trying to get me to lease, STILL, or the "deal" on the car I wanted didn't happen or was never true. I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Only after so many problems did I get an offer on the vehicle for lease that was as low as I would have liked for the other car that I actually went there for. I'd like to say that the conversation in which I offered a price happened at almost noon on April 11 and I finally got the call back on April the 15th at 11 AM, it is currently 11 PM and the car is STILL on online inventory on both websites. If the car truly is sold, they need to take down the vehicle from listings right away. I feel like my exchanges of conversation about the vehicle were basically a pending transaction and should have been treated as such. More

6th vehicle and counting I saw a beautiful 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie on the website, and I asked my wife if I could have a new truck. She said yes, and we headed down to get my ne I saw a beautiful 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie on the website, and I asked my wife if I could have a new truck. She said yes, and we headed down to get my new baby. I went in and found Nino, and we began. My employer offers a great discount on Chrysler vehicles, and I told them about it. To my surprise, not only did they agree to the discount, they promised to beat it. They beat it by a mile! Frank Hughes came in to help finalize the deal and have the truck cleaned. We went into Natalia's office, signed the paperwork and away we went. Alex and Nino have been involved in every vehicle we have purchased from Ken Garff Dodge, and they are part of the group of excellent people that we have dealt with over the years. The salesman, Lynn was great and has called to say thanks. Justin the credit rep. was less than helpful. Not only was our truck which in great shape not even worth the residual, but the price was less than a competitor would give me.. Justin as much as told me to go elsewhere. He was will less than willing to tell me how much they would purchase my truck as a down payment. Trying to hide it since they knew it was a ridiculous offer. At the time of the purchase of our truck I thought Ken Garff was a good dealership, wrong. Returning customer have no value to them, and I feel as Ken Garff has taken advantaged of us. Justin clearly wanted to be elsewhere and was more than happy to give a competitor our business. More
Completely ripped off On 02 December 2014 I made the regrettable mistake of purchasing a new truck from Ken Garff West Valley, Utah. I declined dealer financing because I was already approved by my credit union. I just needed to find a vehicle that fit my needs and negotiate a price on my trade in. Dan and Trevor were a tag team group of the shadiest salesmen I have ever encountered. When it comes to integrity, Chad Rigby the General Manager has NONE! While I was getting the cashiers check from my credit union, the detailer scratched the truck I was purchasing. Dan, Trevor and Chad said they would get it fixed. They had M.A.R.S. come to repair it. Not only were the scratches not removed. There was more damage done. Chad told me they would do whatever it takes to fix it. He sent me to get estimates for repair after which he stopped returning my phone calls. So I contacted their corporate office and once again, it is excuse after excuse. My truck has not been repaired. No replacement has been received. ...and even more ridiculous. They have relisted my truck on their site for sale. Yet they endorsed and deposited the cashiers check that had a restrictive endorsement on it stating that upon endorsing the check and presenting it for deposit they must transfer the title to my credit union. That check cleared on the 10th of December 2014 and the dealer is now required by law to send the title to my credit union. Speaking of that, their accountant called my credit union and told them I had picked up my trade in. Funny thing, I never picked up the trade in and am still driving the 2015 Ram 3500 with the VIN: 3C63R3DL3fG506264 which is the legal and rightful property of my credit union until I satisfy the terms of the loan agreement at which point the title will be transferred to me. If I were you, I would shop elsewhere. More

Unsatisfied while trying to understand I made my appointment for an oil change, I called at a later date and made an appointment to get my jeep looked at for that specific reason. I was called and informed they could not find anything wrong with my car, they thought it might be my starter but they weren't sure, they tried turning on my car and it turned on every time. (Frustrated) When I go to pick my car they overcharged me for things they shouldn't have and they only notice because I complained about having to pay anything when they couldn't even figure out the issue with my car. I get on my car to leave the service department, and hold and behold, my car did NOT turn on. Now I have a car that I just bought 15 moths ago and that by the way, leaves me stranded everywhere. More

Poor Customer Service and Service Writters They are quick to get your car in. I have called already 6 times and left messages for numerous people and after 3 hours now no update and the service department is about to close. I even have the email of my service writer since I took one of his business cards when I dropped it off. I would not return here ever again but assume since they sold me my car and the extended warrentee that I have to put up their cra*py service til I am done with this car More
