3rd Truck Purchased from here I have mixed feelings about my experience this go around. I had a 2012 RAM 3500 that was part of a buy back order from the Chrysler Corp. The letter f I have mixed feelings about my experience this go around. I had a 2012 RAM 3500 that was part of a buy back order from the Chrysler Corp. The letter from Chrysler stated that I was to bring in my truck and it would be bought back for fair market value PLUS 10%. This worked out in my favor as I still owed 35K on my truck and it was still worth 41k. So plus 10% is approx 45k total. When I brought this up to the salesman, he had his manager come talk to me. The manager told me that the Chrysler buy back would have to be handled directly through Chrysler and not the dealership and that it was going to be a nightmare for me. What he suggested instead, was to trade in my truck for the same price and then just buy a new one. I was okay with that as long as I got what I was owed and into another truck for the same payments or even close to the same payments. I understand that a 2016 is going to be more than a 2012. After some very brief back and forth over the price of a 2016 that I liked, I was told that I would be financed at a particular rate with a particular payment. I agreed to those terms and handed them the keys to my 2012. The store was very busy and as I waited to finalize the deal with Justin in Finance, he told me that because he was backed up with customers, I could take the new truck and come back in a couple days and he would have the paperwork ready. I came back a couple days later and as we started signing all the paperwork he showed me the interest rate and the payment. Both were higher than what I had been told/shown originally. Justin was extremely nice and helpful and even tried to figure out how that rate and payment was possible. After looking at several options it became clear to me that the manager who told me that initial rate and payment was just making it up so that I would agree. As the title states, this is the 3rd time I have bought a truck from Ken Garff West Valley because of the way I was treated each time. I will probably remain loyal, but I will shop around next time first. I mentioned that I was a 3 time customer, but that didn't seem to matter to anyone. I have a mark down the side of the new truck, that I am told, will be taken care of when I bring it back next week, but after reading a ton of reviews regarding the service department, I am concerned that it won't be as easy as I was told.....we'll see. So over all it wasn't a horrible experience, but there was some less than truthful promises made to me. Great experiences with Clayton and Justin. More

Extremely poor service This has to be the worst service center I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was in for repairs and it took over two weeks to get it back. I could hav This has to be the worst service center I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was in for repairs and it took over two weeks to get it back. I could have driven to the production plant in Michigan, picked up new parts and made the repairs myself in less time. I called multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle and was always told it will be done today, or they are working on it right now and we will call you back. I received ZERO return calls from anyone. I finally had to wait through three different people to speak to a manager to find out that my car repairs had been completed the day previously, but nobody bothered to let me know. I will NEVER go back here again. More
Good JOB! After a long hard search for the perfect vehicle, dealing with some dealerships that were a nightmare, it ended great today at Ken Garff in West Valle After a long hard search for the perfect vehicle, dealing with some dealerships that were a nightmare, it ended great today at Ken Garff in West Valley. Dan Conley was our sales man and did a great job. He searched and found the car we wanted to see and got us started on the process of buying it. David Tran was the sales manager who assisted us. He came to talk to us about our options and I made it clear what I wanted and didn't want financially and he made it happen. He went into the finance guy, Mike Sellers' office and stayed in there working with Mike and the banks to get us the payment we needed. He focused on us and our deal and worked hard to make us happy. He did a great job and worked hard to make us happy. He did what he could in his control to satisfy us and everything worked out perfect. Once the approval came back things went quick. Mike Sellers was a great finance guy and made the process quick and painless. Which was great because we had our two kids with us and they were ready to go. While we waited they made it comfortable for us by offering our daughter candy to keep her entertained, coloring pages and even food! I recommend going here and working with Dan, David and Mike! FYI we bought a jeep latitude with the altitude package. Which we couldn't find any other dealership that had a jeep with the altitude package! More

Went to pick it up, right before closing at 5pm and they had not even touched it (after 5-10 minutes trying to locate the keys and truck). Was told that they are now closing up shop and cant perform the service. This was after making an appointment and dropping it off for 4 hours. This is the SECOND time I have been jerked around by the service department. At least the first time I had to only walk away without getting it washed (which is part of the advantage program I paid for). It is infuriating to block out a Saturday to get work done on the truck, and then not have it happen. Funny thing is, we talked prior to me dropping I mentioned we were considering trading the 1500 in for a long bed diesel 2500 or 3500. I can guarantee this, I will not be trading it in at Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. I will find another dealership and be out my 2 owed services. More
first oil change on $63,000 ram 3500 One of the reasons I bought my 3500 Ram pickup from West Valley Dodge was the fact that they CLAIM to hand wash every time you have an oil change and One of the reasons I bought my 3500 Ram pickup from West Valley Dodge was the fact that they CLAIM to hand wash every time you have an oil change and even mentioned the man's name who would be doing it. Drove 50 + miles for my service and when finished I picked up my paperwork and went out to my truck to find it dirty. When I returned and asked them why it wasn't washed they handed me a card for a drive thru car wash. Lost my business. Haven't been back and buying a $73,000 truck from someone else. They CLAIM to "hear you" but after leaving my phone number and calling a number of times no one returned my calls. HEAR THIS never will I darken your show room again! More
