Poorest service I have ever experienced. On my bill from Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, there is a line that reads, “We would greatly appreciate your “completely satisfied: resp On my bill from Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, there is a line that reads, “We would greatly appreciate your “completely satisfied: response to all the questions, and if unable to, then I should contact the service manager. I don’t think this problem, or any other should be handled completely “in house”. Nothing will ever get solved that way. With that in mind, here is my problem with their “so called” service. I took my Jeep Liberty in for an Advantage Plan oil change, tire rotation, and also a front end alignment, and was told they would call me back in the afternoon when it was done. I waited until 4:15 pm, and finally had to call them to see how it was coming. I got a receptionist at the number in the West Valley phone book, and she somehow connected me to a dealership in Ohio. My next call finally got me connected to the Garff service department, where I was told that they could find no record of me even bringing in my vehicle. He asked for my phone number and said he would call me back. After waiting about 15 minutes, I could wait no longer if I was going to get my vehicle back before they closed, so we drove to the dealership. Guess what! They still couldn’t find any record that my car was even serviced. At that point, no one seemed to care, until I got a little agitated. They finally got the service advisor, Steve, who checked me in, and it took him ten minutes to finally find the keys and paperwork. I asked why he hadn’t called, and he claimed my cell phone wouldn’t accept messages…not a valid excuse, since I answer the phone when it rings. To prove it, he dialed the number, and the phone, which I had in my pocket all day, rang very loudly so that everyone in the service area heard it. I looked on my cell phone’s call records, and THAT was the only call received on my phone that day. The service advisor’s main excuse was that he was swamped, handling over 200 customers that day. Just guessing but Ken Garff probably wishes that he was telling the truth about that, too. We finally got a manager involved, and he wasn’t much help. I told him I wanted nothing more to do with their “so-called customer service”, and wanted him to cancel the rest of my Advantage Plan. He said he could, but there would be a $25.00 charge. At that point, I told him not to expect any raving reviews about how good their service was, and he accused me of threatening him, which my wife will definitely tell you just isn’t the case. I wasn’t threatening him because I really am going to post truthful reviews every place I can. He finally backed down and refunded that amount off my bill. When everything was settled and the bill was paid, we still had to wait over ten minutes for someone to bring the car to the door. By this time, I had enough of their “service” and asked what the holdup was. The service advisor’s excuse was that they only had on person available to do that, and he was busy doing something else. He finally stormed off, saying,” I guess I’ll have to do it myself.” To show just how cordial he was, he parked the car at the door, never looked at us, walked away, and never said a word to us, or to say it was OK to jump in and go. Unfortunately, I had planned to come to Ken Garff Jeep next week to purchase another Jeep I was looking at there. That sure isn’t going to happen! Leland K. and Neva A. Fels More

One awesome salesman Went in on Saturday found my favorite salesman, Walker and told him what I was looking for and he got the truck I wanted and more. Home of the 2 hour+ oil change I brought my truck in for service yesterday I was told it would be an hour for the tire rotation & oil change, okay.
