Dear Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM 'HEAR' this...today marks 5 WEEKS since I dropped my car off for an OIL CHANGE and for recall notic Dear Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM 'HEAR' this...today marks 5 WEEKS since I dropped my car off for an OIL CHANGE and for recall notices. I have tried to be patient and to keep 'social media' out of it, but this is downright mind boggling and incompetence at it's finest. I specifically brought my Jeep to an "authorized dealer" to have these recalls resolved...and hey let's get the oil changed while it's there. And you broke almost every part in the process. Somehow you have already gotten $450 out of me, and still not managed to resolve a single issue. 5 WEEKS!! Yes, I am loving the loaner car that you have now had to send me home with TWICE, both times I tried to pick up my Jeep. The Sirius radio is fantastic. But this is NOT my car. I drove it onto your lot, and now cannot drive it back OFF your lot. So you tell me. How are we going to resolve this? I have ZERO confidence in your service technicians ... in fact they keep breaking things/replacing things and are the epitome of stupid. And let's not even get started on the fact that I get ZERO updates! I have to call you. Have you lost my car? I have driven to your lot TWICE now to pick up my Jeep that was "ready" to only discover more problems. I am going to suggest that 1)you put some really nice tires on that thing before I show up again and 2) you are prepared to refund me the $450 I paid for a part you later admitted I didn't need. IT WAS GREAT I CAME TO APOLIGIZE TO STEVE ,AND THE ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER FOR THE WAY I TREATED THEM MY PRIOR VISIT TWO DAYS BEFORE.
