I can't believe this dealership is still in buisness! Bought a truck from ken Graff 2 years ago. We also purchased a warranty and they put on our lift and tires for which we paid good money. From the very beginning they were dishonest and tried to give us a less expensive lift and tires for the more expensive price we paid. Luckily my husband caught it, but they still tried to say we were wrong until we showed them the copy of our service contract. No apologies and they were still very unprofessional. Every single oil change we've had has taken between 2 to 4 hours with a scheduled appointment. Our truck has also never passed emissions. The first year we drove on expired TEMPORARY plates for 4 months until we had to get a waiver from the health department. This year we are going through the same thing. It still won't pass emissions and every single call to a service manager is unanswered. After leaving multiple voice mails for a week not one person has returned any of our calls. My husband finally called dodge corporate office who were very accommodating and understanding. They also tried calling ken garff without announcing who they were and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally the very nice women who we filed a complaint through at dodge got us through to a service manager at ken Graff and they still disrespected and argued with my husband saying there is nothing that they can do. Our representative through dodge then told us to Just go to Larry h. Miller as ken garff is incompitent. We are fine with that as Larry h. Miller is a great dealership. The only problem is that we purchased a very expensive warranty through ken Graff which is only valid through Ken Graff and we will never step foot in there again. More

They Lied to Me •They lied to me about my brakes and my water pump. •They said that my brakes were on the brink of failure and that when the brake peddle is depr •They lied to me about my brakes and my water pump. •They said that my brakes were on the brink of failure and that when the brake peddle is depressed that it squirts fluid, and that it needed new calipers and brake line, repairs would be about $800. •They said that my water pump leaked and repairs would be about $400 •Over the years there has been no change in the feel of the brakes, it has been many year since my truck has dripped any kind of fluid where I park. Under my hood the brake fluid reservoir was dirty and completely full with no recent sign of finger or rag marks where it may have been filled. •I took it to some else where the mechanic put it up on a lift and raised it over my head and showed me that there were no problems with the brakes and/or water pump. •Ken Garff charged me $467 for a tune up and injector cleaning. At the other shop I asked how much for a tune up and injector cleaning, they said $139 for the tune up because Dodge Dakotas require iridium spark plugs and $79 for the injector cleaning, $218 for both. I could have saved $249 by not taking my truck to Ken Garff. More

Something about the Core being bent. I asked if the title was clear when I bought it, they said yes. It was clear because it wasn't salvaged. NEVER again will I deal with such dishonest people. More

Applied 8/10/16, realized my credit wasn't where I wanted it, notified finance manager I would like to give it a few months to get on track, notify finance manager of insane work schedule so pushing a sense of urgency onto me won't work as my career takes precedence and I needed time....cut to December. Hear from finance manager via text. "still in the market for a car? " "yes but I'm a little gun shy and work is hectic so coming in isn't an option at the moment." Response? "LOL , Sooner or later your gonna need to come let me know when you have time .......? I had you Approved months ago the Banks won't take seriously unless your here." ------this lovely display of tempting sales tactics was copied and pasted from my SMS (I know, impeccable vernacular. Grammar is SPOT ON. Very professional, amiright?). Next day, five inquiries on my credit report. Without my knowledge or consent. And not a peep from the dealership. Good work guys. You are why people truly dread the car buying process. On the plus side, you have succeeded in getting my attention. You're going to be getting plenty of it now. Can't wait to pop in when I have a day off! More

We live 5 hours away, so Dave offered to put us up at a local hotel and told us there was no obligation to buy the car. After driving the car, we decided to purchase new. Dave put no pressure on us and told us we had to do what we felt best about. Though we didn't buy a car from him, it was probably the best car buying experience I've had to date. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, DAVE! THANK YOU! More
